遵循中国国际青少年机器人交流活动的宗旨：是教育部及全国学校体育机器人联盟为推动我国“机器人革命”及素质体育教育的一项重要工作；是拓宽我国青少年科技、文化视野、培养我国高素质专业人才十分重要的平台；创建了中外青少年友好交流新的模式。在中外有关学校或机构开展单双边访学、出国研修、留学等交流学习活动，本专题通过交流学习活动中的实际案例、教学成果、拓宽视野、增加见识等成果素材，向中外广大学校、师生、家长及社会各界宣传推广中国国际青少年机器人交流活动的重大作用和意义。
