China International Youth Robot Exchange Activity- New Express Directly Studying in Japan Program

The Exchange Center and the Asia Pacific Education Innovation Association (A Japan-based NGO) stand from the perspective of long-term sustainable development, contribute their respective resource advantages, proceed from the interests of common expansion, by following the principles of equality, mutual respect and win-win cooperation as well as seeking truth from facts. Both sides also rely on compliance and legality, investigation and research, innovation and creation, and market orientation, combined with the actual situation and future prospects of the education sector in China and Japan, and holding the tenet of China International Youth Robot Exchange Activities(Referred to as exchange activity), adhering to the concept of "To apply what has learnt and win the future", in order to accurately grasp the core idea of the international youth robot exchange activity (Referred to as exchange activities)and implement its solid purpose. After a year of meticulous preparation, each side have strategically, tactically and effectively cooperated with relevant educational institutions and administrative authorities in both China and Japan to innovate and develop continuous improvement and course offering to include heavier scientific and technological elements and strong integrity. We anticipate that the New Express Directly Studying in Japan Program(referred to as Studying in Japan Program) will be implemented among young students from both countries in 2021.

The overview, advantages, terms and policies of the Studying in Japan Program:

I.All Chinese students who take part in the Studying in Japan Project Japan Kosen Association (51 independent colleges) and some universities (Shironishi International University, Sakurai  Merrill University) only need to take school examination instead of examination for oversea student in Japan. Chinese students who have completed their studies in Japan Kosen College can obtain Associate Degree, and through further study, they can obtain Bachelor Degree, Master Degree and Doctor Degree from relevant colleges and universities, and become practical and creative technicians and researchers.

II.Chinese students who participate in the Studying in Japan Program Japan Kosen Association (51 independent colleges) can enjoy the higher learning support fund of 118,800 Yen provided by the Japanese government (this fee is automatically deducted from the tuition fee).

III. Chinese students who participate in the Studying in Japan Program can learn the online and offline Japanese Courses provided by the Asia-Pacific Education Innovation Association, so as to effectively improve the Japanese level and meet the needs of studying in Japan.

IV.All Chinese students who participate in Studying in Japan Program can enjoy studying abroad one-stop service(before, in-process and after), Asia-Pacific Education Innovation Association is responsible for the above related work.

V.All Chinese students who choose to study nursing and welfare majors of Studying in Japan Program’s Service Specialized Schools can enjoy the special student loan free repayment of up to 1.6 million yen from the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan, provided that they have to work in Japan for five years after graduation. This major has a strong employment advantage in Japan, with an employment rate of 100%. The Japan side is responsible for arranging related professional work, and the Asia-Pacific Education Innovation Association is responsible for this work. Chinese students can obtain the Japanese Certificate of Therapist by examination, or automatically obtain the this Certificate after working for five years. Chinese students who intend to work in Japan for a long time can work and earn money as Japanese nationals. Students who originally intended to immigrate to Japan can immigrate according to their own wishes.

VI.Chinese students who take part in Studying in Japan Program can take part in the paid work-study program for 28 hours a week.

VII. Chinese students who have made outstanding achievements in Studying in Japan Program can get preferential treatment such as scholarships and grants from relevant schools or enterprises.

VIII. Japanese students who take part in the Go to China Exchange and Study Activities of Studying in Japan Program can obtain the Honorary Certificate of China International Youth Robot Exchange Activities when they carry out exchange activities in science and technology, culture, art, education, competition, academic, etc. according to relevant regulations. Those who have outstanding performance can enjoy the special fund award policy.

IX. Japanese students who take part in the Go to China Exchange and Study Activities of Studying in Japan Program and have made outstanding achievements in the exchange activities of science and technology, culture, art, education, competition, academic forum, etc. can obtain the Honorary Certificate or Qualification Certificate issued by China’s relevant institutions of science and technology, culture, art, education, competition, academic forum, etc.
