牛志刚

中共党员，哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士，高级教师，黑龙江省骨干教师、最佳教师、学科带头人。

现任全国学校体育联盟机器人工作委员会副主席、哈尔滨市师范附属小学校常务副校长，哈尔滨市政协社法委副主任、全国创新与实践活动项目裁判长、黑龙江省机器人学会副秘书长、黑龙江省科协八大代表、黑龙江省教育装备专家库专家、哈尔滨市政协委员、哈尔滨市第十一、十二、十三届政协委员、哈尔滨市采购评审专家、哈尔滨市高级职称评审委员会专家、全国教育门户网站建设先进工作者、全国“NOC创新与实践活动”项目裁判长，首届“哈尔滨十大IT青年”获提名奖。

参与组织2014、2015、2016年海峡两岸机器人大赛、黑龙江省机器人大赛、哈尔滨市NOC创新与实践活动等，多次指导学生参加国家、省、市计算机大赛，取得优异成绩，《校园网教学资源建设》在国家级刊物发表，十一五期间参与完成了国家级实验课题并承担计算机学科远程教育的研究，十一五期间承担省课题《现代教育技术与课程整合》的研究。
