齐辉 教授

中共党员，工学博士，教授、博士生导师，现任全国学校体育联盟机器人工作委员会副主席，哈尔滨工程大学航天与建筑工程学院院长，原国家“863”计划主题专家组成员；军科委某主题专家组委员、教育部航空航天类教学指导委员会委员，国防科工局航天发射与运输系统专家组委员，第七届中国航空学会理事，《强度与环境》编委。

主要从事弹性波动理论及应用、复合材料强度与破坏方向的研究工作，主持和参加国家“国家自然科学基金项目”、国家“863”计划项目、“黑龙江省自然科学基金项目”和其他课题30余项，在《Composite Structures》、《European Journal of Mechanics /A Solids》、《Journal of Mechanics》等国内外学术期刊和国际学术会议上发表学术论文100余篇（其中SCI，EI检索800余篇），获国防科学技术进步二等奖1项、黑龙江省科学技术（自然类）二等奖2项。获黑龙江省教学成果二等奖2项，2010年获黑龙江省研究生优秀导师、2012年获“第一届黑龙江省普通高等学校教学管理质量奖”。

Mainly be engaged in the research of elastic wave theory and application, composite material strength and break, has chaired and participated in more than 30 programs as National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC), National “863” Program, Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang etc.; Has published more than 100 academic papers in Composite Structures, European Journal of Mechanics / A Solids, Journal of Mechanics and other domestic and foreign academic journals as well as international academic conferences (including 800 papers retrievable by SCI and EI); Has won 1 Second Prize for National Defense Science and Technology Progress, 2 Second Prizes for Heilongjiang Science and Technology (Natural Science). Has won 2 Second Prizes for Heilongjiang Teaching Achievement; 2010 Heilongjiang Excellent Adviser of Postgraduate, 2012 The 1st Heilongjiang General Institutes of Higher Education Teaching Management Quality Award.
