中国国际青少年机器人交流活动（友函[2015]131号，简称交流活动）作为我国民间外交项目之一，是教育部及全国学校体育机器人联盟为推动我国“机器人革命”及素质体育教育的一项重要工作；是拓宽我国青少年科技、文化视野、培养我国高素质专业人才十分重要的平台；创建了中外青少年友好交流新的模式。

As one of China's civil diplomacy projects, China International Youth Robot Exchange Activities (FL [2015] No. 131, hereinafter referred to as the exchange activities) is an important work of the Ministry of Education and the National School Sports Robot League to promote China's "Robot Revolution" and quality physical education; it is also very important platform to broaden the scientific and cultural vision of Chinese youth and to cultivate high-quality professional talents. It has created a new model of friendly exchanges between Chinese and foreign teenagers.

长期留学项目作为交流活动的重要组成部分，已形成了比较完善的国际合作机制。工委交流中心深刻把握交流活动的精神实质，按照《联盟章程》的有关规定，面向中学、大学等院校联盟成员单位的广大学生，组织开展赴日本、韩国、新加坡、美国、加拿大、德国、英国、法国、意大利、波兰、荷兰、丹麦、澳大利亚、俄罗斯等国家出国留学项目，围绕拓宽我国青年科技文化视野培养高素质专业人才，发挥交流活动的平台作用。

As an important part of exchange activities, long-term study abroad program has formed a relatively perfect international cooperation mechanism. With profound understanding of the spirit of the exchange activities, in accordance with relevant provisions of the , the Exchange Center of the Working Committee organizes students from member units, including middle schools and universities, to participate in exchange activities in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United States, Canada, Germany, Britain, France, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Denmark, Australia, Russia and other countries. It cultivates high quality talent by broadening Chinese youth’s vision of science, technology and cultural, and gives full play as a platform of exchange activities.
