实践基地指由全国学校体育联盟机器人工作委员会在教育部的正确领导下，按照《全国学校体育联盟（机器人）章程》的有关规定，在全国范围内建立的全国学校联盟教育基地（简称实践基地）。
Practice base refers to the National School League Education Base (referred to as practice base) established by the National School Sports League Robot Working Committee under the correct leadership of the Ministry of Education and in accordance with the relevant provisions of The Charter of National School Sports League(Robot).
实践基地由三部分组成：
由联盟成员学校申请，工委批准建设的全国学校联盟教育基地；
由各级联络办公室与各地教育行政主管部门合作建设的全国学校联盟教育基地；
由工委各部门、各级联络办公室推荐或长期合作的具有教育资源、资质、背景的社会教育机构合作或批准建设的全国学校联盟教育基地。
The practice base consists of three parts:
The National School League Education Base which is applied by the member schools of the League and approved by the Working Committee for construction
The National School League Education Base which is constructed by local liaison offices at all levels in cooperation with local educational administrative departments.
The National School League Education Base which is constructed or approved to constructed by social education institution recommended by or long-term cooperated with departments of the Working Committee and liaison offices at all levels.
实践基地秉承“学以所用 赢得未来”的理念，按照《全国学校体育联盟（机器人）章程》的有关规定，开展机器人体育、教育、竞赛、国际国内交流、项目推广、论坛展览等相关工作。
Adheres to the concept of " To apply what has learnt and win the future” and in accordance with relevant provisions of The Charter of The League, the practice base will carry out robot sports, robot education, robot competition, domestic and international exchange activities, project promotion, forum and exhibition as well as other related work.
