为进一步普及机器人素质教育教学活动，检验机器人素质教育成果，工委在教育部的正确领导下，按照《中华人民共和国教育法》、《中华人民共和国体育法》、《中国素质体育机器人运动通用竞赛规则》、《联盟章程》的有关规定，努力构建德智体美劳全面发展的育人体系，在小学、中学、职业院校、大学等成员单位中，通过线上线下方式规范举办全国学校各级各类运动会，机器人、计算机编程、国际交流语言（中、日、英、德、意、法、西、韩等）等各类知识大赛。各类赛事把立德树人融入思想道德教育、文化知识教育、社会实践教育、体育教育、体育竞赛、知识竞赛各环节，贯穿基础教育、职业教育、高等教育各领域。

In order to further popularize the teaching activities and to test the achievements of robot quality education; under the correct leadership of the Ministry of Education, in accordance with The Education Law Of The People's Republic of China, The Sports Law Of The People's Republic Of China, The General Competition Rules Of China Quality Sports - Robot Sports, and the Charter of The League, the Working Committee is always striving to build an all-round development education system. All kinds of sports meetings and knowledge competitions as robotic and computer programming, international exchange languages (Chinese, Japanese, British, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Korean, etc.) are organized normatively by means of on-line or off-line in primary schools, middle schools, vocational colleges and universities. Those competitions integrates the spirit of strengthening moral education and cultivating high-quality talent into each link of ideological and moral education, cultural knowledge education, social practice education, physical education, sports competition and knowledge competition; as well as running through all fields of basic education, vocational education and higher education.
