为进一步普及机器人素质教育教学活动，检验机器人素质教育成果，助推德智体美劳全面发展的育人体系，按照《联盟章程》的有关规定，在小学、中学、职业院校、大学等成员单位中开展以机器人为载体的全国学校各级各类运动会，机器人、计算机编程、国际交流语言（中、日、英、德、意、法、西、韩等）各类知识大赛等赛事，赛事通过线上线下方式举办。
In order to further popularize the teaching activities of robot quality education, to test the achievements of robot quality education, and to boost the education system of all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor; National school sports meetings at all levels as well as all kinds of knowledge competitions of robot, computer programming, international exchange languages(Chinese, Japanese, British, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Korean, etc.) will be held online or offline in accordance with relevant provisions of the Charter of the League in member schools of the League as primary schools, middle schools, vocational colleges and universities.
凡参加学校赛事中的各类赛事的广大学生，凭姓名、身份证、联系电话等信息，均可免费报名参加相关赛事活动。完成报名后，大赛组委会为每个学生分配一张素质教育卡（素教卡），学生可凭素教卡参加比赛，查询比赛成绩，购买教材、知识平台课程等辅助材料。

凡报名参加“神通杯”第一届全国学校联盟小学机器人知识大赛（下称大赛）的广大学生，凭姓名、身份证、联系电话等信息，均可免费报名参加大赛。完成报名后，大赛组委会为每个学生分配一张素质教育卡（素教卡），学生可凭素教卡上传才艺作品，查询比赛成绩，购买全国学校机器人知识库小学课程或小学机器人系列教材《陆地机器人》、《空中机器人》，北京大学机器人学基础系列教材（一）《机器人概论》等辅助材料学习知识。
