计算机编程指为广大青少年学生及学校提供计算机编程课程学习，同时为广大联盟成员学校提供计算机编程教学平台。广大青少年学生持素质教育卡登录全国学校联盟教育教学平台，选择学习图形化、智能硬件、人工智能等计算机编程课程。经考试合格者，由工委资格认证中心颁发计算机编程资格证书。
