交流外语指为广大青少年学生提供基本国际交流需要的英语、日语、德语、法语、意大利语、西班牙语、韩语等语言能力的交流学习，并配置相应的学习课程。学生通过线上线下的方式进行学习，并通过考试，根据每个学生获得的语言能力成绩情况，合格者均获得工委资格认证中心颁发的交流外语技能资格证书。凡自愿参加中国国际青少年机器人交流活动短期留学、出国研修、出国留学的学生，持交流外语技能资格证书按有关规定报名参与参加。

The foreign languages for international exchange refers to providing basic English, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Korean and other languages training to the young students through corresponding courses, so as to meet the basic need of international exchange. The students can study from online or offline education, and the one who passes related examination can be awarded with Certificate of Foreign Language Proficiency for International Exchange by the Qualification Certification Center according to his/her performance. With this certificate, the student can voluntarily participate in the short-term study abroad, advanced study and training abroad and study abroad of the China International Youth Robot Exchange Activities.
