在新冠肺炎疫情肆虐全球的特殊时期，人类面临巨大的灾难和痛苦，挑战疫情、战胜疫情、恢复生活是人类的共同责任、共同使命。2021年3月16日，第一届青少年全球论坛--疫情下的我主题活动，由亚洲太平洋教育创新联合会、公益财团法人国际青少年研修协会主导主办；日本国文部科学省、中华人民共和国教育部应对新冠肺炎疫情工作领导小组办公室、中华人民共和国全国学校体育联盟机器人工作委员会、日本东方国际株式会社、美国塞班岛市长办公室、日本青少年教育振兴机构、日本中央青年团体联络协会等有关国家机构协办；日本国家放送协会（NHK）、全国儿童新闻、亚太教育创新联合会官网（www.apeia.org）、东方新报、Ecochil网、Niconico网、AbemaTV,全国学校联盟网（www.cqesa.com）、今日头条全国学校联盟网官方平台等单位支持，面向世界各国广大青少年以公益的形式组织开展，汇集广大青少年学生在疫情期间的所见所闻、亲身经历，通过线上英语视频的形式与全球广大青少年共同分享、沟通交流，充分表达了主办、协办、支持方挑战疫情、战胜疫情的必胜信心。

论坛活动加深了全球青少年之间的感情，增进了友谊，加强了互信、拓宽了视野，展示全球青少年的骄人风采。

In this unique period of continuing Covid-19 outbreak raging around the world, mankind at every corner is facing huge sufferings. It is the common responsibility and mission of mankind to challenge this pandemic, overcome it, and restore our routine. On March 16, 2021, the 1st Global Youth Forum-Each Individual Under Pandemic, jointly led by the Asia Pacific Education Innovation Association and the International Youth Training Association; the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan; The Office of the Leading Group for Responding Pandemic within the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, the National School Sports Robot League Working Committee of the People's Republic of China, Japan Orient International Co., Ltd., the Office of the Mayor of Saipan, the Japan Youth Education Promotion Agency, the Japan Central Youth Group Liaison Association and other relevant organizations; Japan National Broadcasting Association (NHK), National Children’s News, Asia-Pacific Education Innovation Association with its official website (www.apeia.org), Oriental Newspaper, Ecochil Network, Niconico Network, AbemaTV, National School League Network (www.cqesa. com), supported by the official platform of Headlines Today as well as National School Alliance Network, etc., organized and carried out in the interest of public welfare for the majority of young people from all over the world, collecting information and personal experience of young students during this pandemic, through online English video sharing to communicate with young people around the world so as to fully express the confidence of the sponsors, co-organizers and supporters to challenge and overcome this harship.

The forum has deepened the feelings among young people around the world, enhanced friendship, strengthened mutual trust, broadened their horizons, and showcased the outstanding demeanor of young people around the world.
