负责机器人运动的竞赛体系建设，组织制定各级各类学校机器人运动竞赛规程，建立机器人竞赛项目名录，组织参赛运动员、教练员、裁判员的赛前培训，配合基金管理部制定各级各类机器人运动会资助方案。
Be responsible for construction of the robot sports competition system, formulating robot sports competition rules for all kinds of schools at all levels, establishing the list of robot competition items, offering pre-competition training for competitors, coaches and referees, and cooperating with the fund management department to make the fund plan for all kinds of robot sports meetings at all levels.
