学校概况  Profile：

齐齐哈尔大学机电工程学院始建于1958年获批的化工机械与设备本科专业,是齐齐哈尔大学建立最早的学院之一，学院1975年获批生产过程自动化专业，1977年获批轻工机械本科专业，2008年机械电子工程专业招生。经过多年的建设和发展，现已发展成为具备过程装备与控制工程(省重点专业)、机械设计制造及其自动化(校重点专业)、自动化、机械电子工程四个本科专业，拥有机械设计理论二级学科硕士学位授权点和工业设计工程专业领域硕士授权资格。

The School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Qiqihar University was founded in 1958 as an undergraduate major in chemical machinery and equipment. It is one of the earliest schools established in Qiqihar University. The college was approved as a major in production process automation in 1975 and a major in light industry machinery in 1977. Enrollment in Mechatronics Engineering in 2008. After years of construction and development, it has now developed into four undergraduate majors with process equipment and control engineering (provincial key major), mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation (school key major), automation, and mechatronics engineering, with mechanical design theory two Master's degree authorization point in disciplines and master's authorization qualification in the professional field of industrial design engineering.

学院拥有一支教学水平高、科研能力强的教师队伍。学院现有教职员工80人，其中专任教师70人，教授6人，副教授24人,博士17人，硕士49人。目前，在校本科生和硕士研究生共计1900余人。

学院下设过程装备与控制工程专业、机械设计制造及其自动化专业、机械电子工程专业、自动化专业、制图与力学教研室、智能控制与仪器仪表实验室、机电工程学院实验中心等教学部门。学院拥有材料扭转、机械设计及基础、金相试样抛光、机械系统设计、机床刚度测试、流体传动与控制、加工精度测量、检测仪表、机床电气控制、自动控制原理等实验室。教学科研仪器设备总值近1000万元。

The college has teaching departments such as Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation, Graphics and Mechanics Teaching and Research Section, Intelligent Control and Instrumentation Laboratory, and Experimental Center of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. The college has laboratories for material torsion, mechanical design and foundation, metallographic sample polishing, mechanical system design, machine tool rigidity testing, fluid transmission and control, machining accuracy measurement, detection instrumentation, machine tool electrical control, and automatic control principles. The total value of teaching and research equipment is nearly 10 million yuan.

学院近5年来，获批4项国家自然科学基金项目、6项黑龙江省自然科学基金项目，发表论文260余篇，其中被SCI、EI检索的论文近70篇，发明专利和实用新型专利70余项，完成专著及教材出版25部。

In the past 5 years, the college has been approved 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 6 Natural Science Foundation projects of Heilongjiang Province, and published more than 260 papers, including nearly 70 papers searched by SCI and EI, and more than 70 invention patents and utility model patents. 学院以科技创新引领学风，注重培养学生创新能力，开展丰富的第二课堂活动。学院创造教育教学与实践中心设立慧鱼创新、探索者创新、创新训练与设计等创新实验室，获批国家级、省级和校级大学生创新创业训练项目百余项，在校学生主持和参与达300余人;在“挑战杯”、“全国大学生机械创新大赛”、“国家、省先进成图大赛”、“TRIZ全国大学生创新设计大赛”等科技竞赛活动中，有200余人次获得了国家级、省级奖项。

徐凤霞，女，1970年生。教授、博士、硕士生导师。1993年毕业于齐齐哈尔大学自动化专业。现任齐齐哈尔大学机电工程学院自动化系主任、模式识别与智能系统学科带头人，研究领域为非线性系统、智能控制、网络控制及惯性仪表测试。参与国家973项目的子项目2项。“SCT-1三轴精密测试台”研制工作，获国防科工委二等奖。

Prof.Xu Fengxia, a PHD holder currently supervising master's degree candidates and a graduate from Qiqihar University in 1993 with a major in automation. She is currently the head of the Department of Automation, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Qiqihar University, and the leader of pattern recognition and intelligent systems.
