学校概况  Profile：

牡丹江市职业教育中心学校，是全国首批重点职业高中，中等职业教育改革发展示范学校。在市委、市政府和市教育局的领导下，秉承“产教融合、校企结合、突出实战和应用”的办学路子，实施“学历短培并举、公办民办联合、中职高职衔接、学校企业共育”的办学模式，深化教育教学改革、探索校企合作新路，在区域中等职业教育改革发展中发挥了引领、辐射、示范作用。

Mudanjiang Vocational Education Center School is one of the first batch of national key vocational high schools and a demonstration school of secondary vocational education reform and development.Under the leadership of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government and the Municipal Bureau of Education, adhering to the school running path of "Integration of production and education, cooperation between school and enterprise, highlighting practice and application", the school running mode of "simultaneous development of academic qualifications and short training, joint operation of public school and private school, connection of secondary vocational and higher vocational education, and cooperation of enterprise and school”. Deepening educational and teaching reform, exploring new mode of enterprise&school cooperation, playing a leading, spreading and demonstrating role in regional secondary vocational education reform and development.

学校坚持以人才培养为中心，坚持为“生存奠基，为生活长技，为生命创造”的育人理念，探索实施以德育为先，以专业实践能力为体，以双元培育和现代学徒制为两翼的“一体两翼”高素质应用型人才培养模式。近年来，学生参加各类专业竞赛活动竞赛屡获佳绩，在2019年全省中职技能大赛中，我校共获得5个一等奖、15个二等奖、16个三等奖的好成绩，在全省名利前茅，有6个赛项晋级国赛，其中汽修专业赛项代表黑龙江省参赛，获得全国技能大赛二等奖的好成绩。 学校还涌现出全国最美中职生王俊志和全国禁毒大使刘润明等一大批思想品德高尚、基础理论扎实、实践能力较强的高素质应用型人才。学校还针对下岗职工开展月嫂、家政培训，开拓农村劳动力转移、就业创业、退役士兵等短期培训，服务经济社会、助力扶贫攻坚取得显著成绩。学校正以完善职业教育和培训体系为目标,以深化产教融合和校企合作为方向，努力建设人民满意的现代职业学校。

The school adheres to the cultivation of talents as the core,persists in the educational concept of "laying the foundation for survival, developing skills for life, and make creation for life". It explores and implements high quality applied talent training mode with dual education and modern apprentice system as auxiliaries. In recent year, students have won many good results in various professional competitions: 5 First Prizes, 15 Second Prizes and 16 Third Prizes in 2019 National Secondary School Skill Competition, ranking among the top in the province, among which 6 competition programs have been advanced to national level, won the Second Prize of automobile repair speciality in national compensation on behalf of Heilongjiang. The school has also emerged a large number of high-quality applied talents with noble ideological and moral character, solid basic theory and strong practical ability, such as Wang Junzhi, the most beautiful secondary vocational school student in China, and Liu Runming, the National Anti Drug Ambassador.The school has also carried out training for laid-off workers in terms of maternity matron and housekeeping; short term training for transferred rural labor, employment and entrepreneurship, veterans, as a result, the school has made great achievement in serving economic society and poverty alleviation.
