牡丹江大学智能制造学院始建于1983年,2019年更名为智能制造学院。三十多年来,智能制造学院植根于中国机械工业发展、装备制造业振兴,区域经济的转型升级的沃土,始终保持积极、开放的态势,在学科建设、人才培养、教研科研,师资队伍和社会服务等方面都取得了突出的成绩。综合办学实力和核心竞争力不断增强,办学质量和为区域服务的能力逐渐提高,形成了自己的学科优势和办学特色。“机电一体化技术专业” 为中央财政支持的重点建设专业。作为牡丹江大学骨干工科学院设有 “全国机械职业院校教师顶岗培训基地”、“中央财政支持建设的机电一体化技术实训基地”、“黑龙江省科普教育基地”、“黑龙江省区域共享型汽车实训基地”、“牡丹江市财政支持成立的区域共享型数控实训基地”。

学院师资力量雄厚。拥有一支年龄结构、学缘结构、知识结构合理,思想素质好,教学经验、实践经验丰富,责任心强,专兼结合的师资队伍,学院现有专业教师52人,双师素质教师达90%以上,拥有硕士学位的教师达70%(中青年教师全部具有硕士学位),具有正教授7人,副教授、高级工程师、高级技师等高级技术人才23人。学院坚持“产、学、研”相结合的理念培养“双师型”教师队伍,2007年成立牡丹江大学机电研究所,后更名为牡丹江市工业设计研究院;2009年由机电一体化教学团队组建牡丹江市机电学科(专业)带头人梯队;2009年与利德石油机械共建牡丹江大学工程实训中心;2009年成立哈尔滨工业大学与牡丹江大学联合创新实验室;2010年与中航重工703所共建生产性教学工厂;2015年成立牡丹江机器人学会;2016年成立牡丹江创新创业学院机器人实训室。

The faculty of the college is strong. 学院人才培养特色鲜明。现开设机电一体化技术、汽车检测与维修技术、数控技术、工业机械人技术和无人机应用技术专业。其中机电一体化技术专业为中央财政支持的重点建设专业,黑龙江省现代职业教育质量提升计划重点建设专业。汽车检测与维修技术为校级重点建设专业。为了提高人才培养质量,学校投入总面积4606m2的校内实训场地,设备价值总计5357.2万元,建立22个专业基础实训室,1个工程实训中心,1个生产性教学工厂,1个汽车实训中心。形成黑江省东部地区最先进的机械加工和汽车维修与检测基地。建立从基本技能训练到综合技能训练、从生产性实训到创新能力培养的“五位一体”的实践教学平台,实践教学条件在教学功能上形成了体系化、规模化。学院先后还与黑龙江北方工具有限公司、牡丹江卷烟材料厂有限责任公司、哈尔滨东安发动机(集团)有限公司、中船重工龙江广翰燃气轮机有限公司、肇东市伊利乳业有限责任公司、益海(佳木斯)粮油工业有限公司、盘起工业(大连)有限公司、万控(天津)电气有限公司、天津中荣印刷科技有限公司、浙江吉利汽车有限公司、中国华录集团有限公司等市内省内国内知名企业建立校外顶岗实习基地,与联为工业(深圳)有限公司、深圳泰德激光科技有限公司签订了“现代学徒制”联合培养协议。为学生零距离就业提供坚实的保障。

  专业设置 Major Setting:

1)数控机床,核心课程包括发动机机械系统检修、汽车底盘构造与检修、自动变速器技术、汽车空调检修、汽车综合故障诊断。

2) 机电一体化技术,核心课程包括电机拖动、机床电气与PLC、液压与气压传动、单片机控制技术应用、传感器技术应用、数控编程与仿真。

3汽车检测与维修技术,核心课程包括数控机床、数控加工工艺、特种加工技术、数控加工编程与仿真、机械CAD/CAM快速成型技术。

4)汽车营销与服务,核心课程包括PLC控制系统集成、工作站系统的工作原理、工业机器人工作站维护保养、传感器技术、工业机器人安装调试、单片机技术与C语言编程。

1) CNC machine tools, core courses include engine mechanical system maintenance, automobile chassis structure and maintenance, automatic transmission technology, automobile air conditioning maintenance, and automobile comprehensive fault diagnosis.

4) Automotive marketing and service. The core courses include PLC control system integration, working principle of workstation system, industrial robot workstation maintenance, sensor technology, industrial robot installation and debugging, single-chip technology and C language programming.

李静教授,毕业于哈尔滨工业大学计算机专业,1986年开始从事计算机专业教学工作,2008年4月任信息与电气工程系主任。2011年担任牡丹江大学信息与电气工程学院院长,曾先后组织申办了计算机网络技术、计算机信息管理、动漫设计与制作、应用电子技术等专业,积极开展校企合作,从计算机应用技术专业与计算机网络技术专业为突破口,先后与大连华信集团、南京安讯职业技术学校、深圳讯方通信技术公司等多家企业建立校企合作关系。

鲁晓丽,工学硕士。牡丹江市机电学科领军人才梯队学术(技术)带头人,全国机械职业教育教学指导委员会电气自动化类专业教学指导委员会委员,“数控程序员”考评员,三维CAD应用工程师。近期发表了论文15篇,主编参编专业教材6部,主持参与省级科研课题8项,主持参与市级、企业横向课题5项,省级指导大学生创新创业项目1项,负责央财支持建设项目2项,省财支持建设项目2项,市财政支持建设基地项目1项。
