学校概况  Profile：

宾县职业技术教育中心学校，始建于1995年5月，由原归县政府各有关科局管理的技工学校、农业高中、职业高中、成人中专、电大、卫校和农机校七所学校合并而成，是集学历教育、职业培训、科研、生产、服务为一体的综合性职业学校。2002年学校被评为省级重点中等职业学校和省级先进教学单位;2004年3月被省教育厅确定为农村劳动力转移教育培训基地;2012年被确定为省级退役士兵职业教育和技能培训定点院校;2014年10月加入了“哈尔滨社区教育联盟”，同时成立了宾县老年人大学;2015年学校被市委统战部确定为哈尔滨市温暖工程培训基地;被市农委确定为哈尔滨市农村劳动力转移教育培训基地。2015年5月被省教育厅确定为“省部共建现代农村职业教育改革试验区”试点县;2015年以来被评估为哈尔滨市优秀职业院校和哈尔滨市中等职业教育特色示范学校，同时创建了汽车运用与维修等3个市重点专业、畜牧兽医等2个紧缺专业，并获得了项目建设资金支持。

Bin County Vocation-Technical Education Center School was founded in May 1995 through seven schools being merged including technical school, agricultural high school, vocational high school, adult technical school, open university, health school and agricultural machinery school managed by the relevant departments of the county government. It is a comprehensive vocational school integrating academic education, vocational training, scientific research, production and service. In 2002, the school was rated as a provincial key secondary vocational school and a provincial advanced teaching unit; in March 2004, it was designated as a rural labor transfer education and training base by the Provincial Department of Education; in 2012, it was designated as a provincial vocational education and skill training school for retired soldiers; it joined the "Harbin Community Education Alliance" in October 2014, and established Binxian University for the Elderly; in 2015, the school was designated by the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee as the Harbin Warm Project Training Base; be appointed as Harbin City Education and Training Base for Rural Labor Transfer by the Municipal Agriculture Committee. In May 2015, it was determined by the Provincial Department of Education as a pilot county for the “provincial and ministry co-construction of modern rural vocational education reform pilot area”; since 2015, it has been evaluated as an excellent vocational school in Harbin and a characteristic demonstration school for secondary vocational education in Harbin. There are 3 municipal key specialties, including automobile operation and maintenance, and 2 scarce specialties, including animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, which have won construction-fund support.

2015年，学校异地新建校址占地面积5万平方米，建筑面积1.8万平方米。校园内拥有功能齐全的综合教学楼、实训楼、生产车间、运动场、学生公寓、安全监控等设施。现有综合实训楼4000㎡，实训车间1600㎡，各类实验(训)室33个，农学生产示范基地151亩。建立校内外实训基地35个，产业化实训基地7个。依托县域产业资源，与行业企业合作，建设校外实习实训基地22个。

In 2015, the school's new campus covers an area of 50,000 square meters and a building area of 18,000 square meters. The campus has fully functional comprehensive teaching buildings, training buildings, production workshops, sports fields, student apartments, security monitoring and other facilities. It has a comprehensive training building of 4000 square meters, a training workshop of 1600 square meters, 33 various experimental (training) rooms, and a 151 acres of agricultural production demonstration base. 35 training bases were established inside and outside the school, as well as 7 industrialized training bases. Relying on county industrial resources and cooperating with industry enterprises, 22 off-campus internship training bases have been built.

学校先后荣获哈尔滨市中等职业教育特色示范学校、哈尔滨市优秀职业院校、哈尔滨市第三届黄炎培职业教育“优秀学校”、哈尔滨市“未成年人思想教育工作”先进集体等荣誉称号，宾县老年大学被国家老龄委评为全国“敬老文明号”荣誉称号。2016、2017年《今日黑龙江》对学校办学事迹进行了宣传报道。

The school has successively won the honorary titles of Harbin Secondary Vocational Education Characteristic Model School, Harbin Excellent Vocational College, Harbin 3rd Huang Yanpei Vocational Education "Excellent School", Harbin "Minor Ideological Education Work" , Advanced Collective and other honorary titles. 李影宾，1998年被哈尔滨市科委评为科技进步一等奖;1999年荣获县级科技突出贡献奖;2002年荣获第六届哈尔滨市青年科技奖;2003一2007年连续五年荣获县政府记功奖;2005年被评为县级劳动模范，在2006-2007年哈尔滨市专业课教师业务培训中，获得了优秀学员荣誉称号。李影宾老师多年从事农教、科研、育种、推广和科普工作，1996年即成为“哈尔滨市万亩玉米创双千示范工程”和“玉米大面积高产示范”课题的主要成员，积极开展涉农培训，涉及10余个专业，培训超过10000人次。

Li Yingbin was awarded the first prize of Scientific And Technological Progress by Harbin Science and Technology Commission in 1998, the county-level Science And Technology Outstanding Contribution Award in 1999, the 6th Harbin Youth Science and Technology Award in 2002, the County Government Merit Recording Award for five consecutive years from 2003 to 2007, the County Labor Model in 2005, and the honorary title of Excellent Student in the professional course training for teachers of Harbin City from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Li Yingbin has been engaged in agricultural education, scientific research, breeding, promotion and popularization of science for many years. In 1996, he became the main member of the project of "Double Thousand Demonstration Project of 10,000 Mu Corn in Harbin" and "Demonstration Project Of Large Area High Yield Of Corn". He actively carried out agricultural related training, involving more than 10 specialties, for more than 10000 people.

2019年6月19日，天坤教育与宾县职业技术教育中心学校签署战略合作协议，双方未来将采取校企合作模式，在机电机械专业领域开展深度专业共建，共同打造“双师双能型”教师队伍。

On June 19, 2019, Tiankun Education and Bin County Vocation-Technical Education Center School signed a strategic cooperation agreement. 2019年12月23日，宾县职业技术教育中心学校举办黑龙江省新型主体带头人特色水果种植培训班，培训邀请李影宾等十多位高级农业专家，针对特色水果种植、农村电子商务、农民手机应用等课程进行授课，从果品、三莓采摘、冷冻、加工等方面进行了详细的讲解，并结合今年气候、产品质量和市场形势，农民通过手机网上销售进行了详细的讲解和分析。
