在国家实施振兴东北老工业基地战略和黑龙江省建设哈大齐工业走廊的大背景下,黑龙江大学从学科战略布局角度以及培养社会急需的应用型高级技术人才出发,于2005年初成立了机电工程学院,并于同年招生。经过十余年的建设和发展,机电工程学院取得了长足进步,已初具规模。目前学院拥有机械设计制造及其自动化、电气工程及其自动化两个本科专业,一个面向全校本科生实习的工程训练中心。学院拥有机电一体化理论及应用硕士学位授予权,机电一体化重点实验室,机械工程研究所,电气与电子工程研究所。学院设有机械工程实验室、电气工程实验室,大学生创新实验室和与TI公司共建的MSP430联合实验室、与Microchip公司共建的PIC微控制器联合实验室等。学院现有实验、实习和科研场所八千余平方米,仪器设备资产总值一千七百余万元。
Following the national implementation of the strategic revitalization for the old industrial base in Northeast China and the construction of the Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Industrial Corridor in Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang University established the Schools of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in early 2005 from the perspective of the strategic layout of disciplines and the cultivation of application-oriented senior technical personnel urgently needed by the society, and enrolled students in the same year. After more than ten years of construction and development, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering has made great progress and has begun to take shape. At present, the college has two undergraduate majors in mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation, electrical engineering and its automation, and an engineering training center for undergraduates in the school. The college has the right to grant a master's degree in the theory and application of mechatronics, complete facilities as the key laboratory of mechatronics, the institute of mechanical engineering, and the institute of electrical and electronic engineering, as well as mechanical engineering laboratories, electrical engineering laboratories, college student innovation laboratories, MSP430 joint laboratories co-built with TI, and PIC microcontroller joint laboratories co-built with Microchip. 学院十分重视学生在外语、计算机应用能力、实践创新能力和社会适应能力等方面的培养,注重理论与实践、教学与科研相结合。积极开展各类学生创新活动,每年完成创新项目达50余项,参与学生达250余人次。学院积极组织学生参加各级各类竞赛,如挑战杯、知识产权杯、TRIZ杯、电子设计大赛、数学建模大赛、三维数字化创新设计大赛等,并取得了优异成绩。这些竞赛活动有效提高了学生的实践能力和创新意识。学院致力于把学生培养成理论基础扎实、知识面广、能独立从事科学研究和设计工作的应用型高级专门人才。学生就业形势好,近三年就业率连续保持在95%以上,位于学校的前茅。为了更好地服务国家对俄战略,彰显黑龙江大学对俄办学特色,学院自2013年起在新生中择优选拔、开设了大学俄语零起点实验班,培养既懂机械、电气专业知识,又具有一定俄语基础的专门人才,满足社会对俄语人才的需求。
The college attaches great importance to the training of students in foreign language, computer application ability, practical innovation ability and social adaptability, and emphasizes the combination of theory and practice, teaching and scientific research. 学院重视国内外交流与合作,与俄罗斯、德国、日本、澳大利亚和新加坡等国家的一些教育机构建立了合作和交流关系,保证了教学和科研的高质量。学院科研设备齐全、科研方向明确、科研项目层次高。近几年来,先后获得了国家自然科学基金、人事部高层次归国人员资助基金、省重点攻关、省振兴老工业基地、省自然科学基金等纵向课题和有影响的横向课题百余项,获得科研经费2000余万元。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文300余篇,其中被SCI、EI检索200余篇。编写出版专著10部,主编、参编教材40余部。
The college attaches great importance to exchanges and cooperation both domestic and abroad, and has established cooperation and exchange relationships with some educational institutions in Russia, Germany, Japan, Australia, Singapore and other countries to ensure the high quality of teaching and scientific research. The college has complete scientific research facilities, clear research directions, and high-level research projects. 1)机械工程系
机械工程系下设机械设计、机械制造、机械电子工程三个教研室和机械工程实验室,具有机械设计制造及其自动化本科专业和硕士学位授予权。现有一支以业务素质好、学术水平高、结构合理、协作精神、敬业精神、奉献精神强的相对稳定的学术队伍。现有教师以博士学位为主,其中硕士生导师5人,教授5人,副教授5人,讲师6人。机械工程系历来有学风严谨、教师敬业、学生勤以致学的优良传统,建系以来共培养本科生、硕士生一千余名。机械工程系具有优良的教学和科研条件,科学研究水平不断提高,近几年先后承担国家自然科学基金项目、总装备部、黑龙江省自然科学基金等国家和省部级项目,科研经费近八百万元;发表学术论文百余篇,其中被SCI、EI和ISTP收录的论文共几十篇;出版教材、专著多部。
1) Department of Mechanical Engineering
Under the Department of Mechanical Engineering, there are three teaching and research sections of mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics engineering and mechanical engineering laboratory. It has the right to grant undergraduate and master degrees in mechanical design and manufacturing as well as automation. There is a relatively stable academic team with good professional quality, high academic level, reasonable structure, cooperative spirit, professionalism and dedication. The existing teachers are mainly doctoral degrees, including 5 master supervisors, 5 professors, 5 associate professors, and 6 lecturers. The Department of Mechanical Engineering has always had a fine tradition of rigorous learning style, dedicated teachers, and diligent students. Since establishment, more than 1,000 undergraduate and master students have been trained. The Department of Mechanical Engineering has excellent teaching and scientific research conditions, and the level of scientific research has been continuously improved. In recent years, it has undertaken national and provincial-level projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the General Equipment Department, and the Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province. The research funding is nearly 8,000,000 yuan; published more than 100 academic papers, including dozens of papers included by SCI, EI and ISTP; published many textbooks and monographs.
2)电气工程系
电气工程系下设电力系统、电气控制、自动化三个教研室和电气工程实验室,具有电气工程及其自动化本科专业和硕士学位授予权。拥有一支学历层次高、年龄结构优化、知识结构相称、学缘结构理想、理论与实践相结合的教学、科研人员队伍。现有教师以博士学位为主,整个教学团队共19人,其中博士学位12人,硕士生导师1人,教授1人,副教授11人。电气工程系历来有学风严谨、教师敬业、学生勤以致学的优良传统,建系以来共培养本科生、硕士生一千余名。电气工程系具有优良的教学和科研条件,科学研究水平不断提高,近几年先后承担国家自然科学基金项目、黑龙江省重大装备项目、黑龙江省自然科学基金等国家和省部级项目,科研经费近一千万元;发表学术论文百余篇,其中被SCI、EI和ISTP收录的论文共几十篇;出版教材、专著多部。
2) Department of Electrical Engineering
The Department of Electrical Engineering has three teaching and research sections of power system: electrical control, automation, and electrical engineering laboratory. It has the right to grant undergraduate and master degrees in electrical engineering and automation. It has a team of teaching and scientific research personnel with high educational level, optimized age structure, commensurate knowledge structure, ideal academic structure, and a combination of theory and practice. The existing teachers are mainly doctoral degrees, and the entire teaching team has a total of 19 people, including 12 doctoral degree students, 1 master's supervisor, 1 professor, and 11 associate professors. The Department of Electrical Engineering has always had a fine tradition of rigorous learning style, dedicated teachers, and diligent students. Since establishment, more than 1,000 undergraduate and master students have been trained. It has excellent teaching and scientific research conditions, and the level of scientific research has been continuously improved. 3)黑龙江大学工程训练中心
黑龙江大学工程训练中心是学校为适应创新人才培养的需要而建立的一个面向理工类专业学生开展工程实践的校内实习基地。中心现有建筑面积4300平方米,在传统制造技术方面设置了机械加工、材料成型、钳工、焊接技术等四个训练区。其中,机械加工训练区包含了车、铣、刨、磨、钻、镗等传统训练项目;材料成型训练区包含了锻造、铸造、冲压、板金、热处理等训练项目。在现代制造技术方面设置了数控加工、数控编程、快速成型、特种加工、综合训练等五个训练区。拥有数控车床、立式数控铣床、数控电火花线切割机、电火花成型机床、激光切割机、立式数控加工中心、快速成型系统、三维激光扫描等一大批先进的和传统的教学实践设备120余台套,设备总值近千万元。其中较先进的设备有XH714G型四轴四联动立式数控铣床、XH716型立式数控加工中心,MEM450型熔融挤压快速成型系统和LSH800型三维激光扫描系统等。另外中心还引进了德国进口的可以进行组装式训练的液压气动实验台,为开发综合性、设计性训练项目提供平台。
工程训练中心现有教职员工15人,分别为教师、工程师和技师。工程训练中心面向机械设计制造及其自动化等10个本科专业,开设实习项目30余项,每年可容纳实习学生1800人,实习人学时数148000。
3) Engineering Training Center of Heilongjiang University
The Engineering Training Center of Heilongjiang University is an on-campus practice base established to meet the needs of training innovative talents and for engineering students of science and engineering majors to carry out engineering practice. The center has an existing building area of 4,300 square meters, and has four training areas for machining, material forming, fitter, and welding technology in traditional manufacturing technology. Among them, the machining training area includes traditional training programs such as turning, milling, planing, grinding, drilling, and boring. The material forming training area includes training programs such as forging, casting, stamping, sheet metal, and heat treatment. In terms of modern manufacturing technology, five training areas are set up, including CNC machining, CNC programming, rapid prototyping, special machining, and comprehensive training. It has a large number of advanced and traditional teaching practice equipment such as CNC lathes, vertical CNC milling machines, CNC wire cutting machines, EDM machine tools, laser cutting machines, vertical CNC machining centers, rapid prototyping systems, and 3D laser scanning.120 There are more than one set, the total value of equipment is nearly 10 million yuan. The more advanced equipment includes XH714G four-axis four-linkage vertical CNC milling machine, XH716 vertical CNC machining center, MEM450 melt extrusion rapid prototyping system and LSH800 three-dimensional laser scanning system. In addition, the center also introduced a hydraulic and pneumatic test bench imported from Germany that can be assembled for training to provide a platform for the development of comprehensive and design training projects.
The Engineering Training Center currently has 15 faculty members, including teachers, engineers and technicians. The Engineering Training Center is oriented to 10 undergraduate majors in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, and offers more than 30 internship programs. It can accommodate 1,800 interns each year and 148,000 training hours.

2018年5月19日,学院承办黑龙江大学第二届探索者机器人设计大赛,本次大赛由黑龙江大学创业教育学院与共青团黑龙江大学委员会联合主办,机电工程学院承办,机电工程学院陈良老师、电子工程学院庄培栋老师担任此次评委。本届比赛设置机器人对抗赛、低碳仿生机器人马拉松赛和机器人全地形赛三个竞技项目,共计14支队伍、64人参赛。在参赛选手精心的准备调试下,经评委老师根据赛项比赛规则评审,最终评选出特等奖一名,一等奖三名,二等奖四名,三等奖六名。
On May 19, 2018, the college hosted the second Explorer Robot Design Competition of Heilongjiang University. This competition was jointly sponsored by the Entrepreneurship Education College of Heilongjiang University and the Heilongjiang University Committee of the Communist Youth League, and was undertaken by the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and Mr. Liang Chen from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Teacher Zhuang Peidong from the School of Electronic Engineering served as the judge. 2017年10月21日,在首届黑龙江省“邮储银行杯”智能机器人竞赛中,我校机电工程学院6支参赛队伍在陈良、王冠然、张波、张立富老师的带领下,经过激烈现场角逐,在工业机器人仿真竞赛项目中,最终获得省级一等奖一项,二等奖一项,三等奖二项。
On October 21, 2017, in the first "Postal Savings Bank Cup" Intelligent Robot Competition in Heilongjiang Province, 6 teams from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of our school under the leadership of teachers Chen Liang, Wang Guanran, Zhang Bo and Zhang Lifu experienced intense On-site competition, in the industrial robot simulation competition project, finally won one provincial first tier prize, one second tier prize, and two third tier prizes.
2017年6月15日,在首届2017黑龙江省大学生机器人及人工智能大赛中,我校机电工程学院5支参赛队伍在创业教育学院的大力支持下,经过作品的“创新立意”、“创新难度”和“实用性和预期成果”项目的评分,最终获得一个二等奖和两个三等奖。

2016年4月17日,在哈尔滨举办的第四届全国“TRIZ”杯大学生创新方法大赛中,机电学院派出的6支参赛队在全国共323个代表中脱颖而出,其中两队获得二等奖,3支队伍获得三等奖。
