学校概况  Profile：

体育系始建于1975年，1977年招收本科生，2006年获批硕士学位授予权(体育教育训练学)，2009年更名为体育科学学院，是黑龙江省外高校最早获得硕士授予权院系之一，是我校首批获得硕士学位授予权的四个学科之一。2010年以后，学院先后被黑龙江省体育局体育科学学会授予学校体育专业委员会主任单位，黑龙江省教育厅授予高校体育专业组组长单位，黑龙江省东南部高校体育研究会会长单位，牡丹江市授予体育学领军人才梯队带头人单位等。

学院现有专职教师52名，其中教授、副教授29人，博士6人，硕士41人。师资梯队合理，科研实力较强，4个方向的学术带头人及团队科研基础良好，在该领域已取得了丰硕的成果。近5年教师发表论文169篇，其中中文核心期刊32篇、EI期刊2篇、检索收录22篇;课题86项，其中国家社科基金主持和参与3项、省部级10项、厅级36项;著作教材33部;各级科研获奖75项，其中省部级以上36项;国家专利38项，其中发明专利3项;累计科研经费176.59万元;获省教学成果二等奖2项，校级教学成果一等奖2项。先后承办国际会议3次，参加国内外学术会议32次，现场报告10次，大会报告3次。两获“教育强市、我当先锋”先进集体;两名教师获市“五一”劳动奖章;三名教师获省技能大赛一等奖;多名教师获羽毛球、网球比赛优异成绩。研究生发表论文475篇、承担省、校级项目59项、获省级科研奖励14项;4名研究生到中国农业科学院从事肌腱干细胞及损伤动物模型建立等研究。

The college currently has 52 full-time teachers, including 29 professors and associate professors, 6 doctors and 41 masters. The faculty echelon is reasonable, the scientific research strength is strong, the academic leaders and teams in the four directions have a good scientific research foundation, and have achieved fruitful results in this field. In the past 5 years, teachers have published 169 papers, including 32 Chinese core journals, 2 EI journals, and 22 indexed; 86 projects, including 3 projects hosted and participated by the National Social Science Fund, 10 provincial and ministerial-level, 36 department-level Projects; 33 books and textbooks; 75 scientific research awards at all levels, including 36 at the provincial and ministerial level; 38 national patents, including 3 invention patents; cumulative scientific research funding of 1,765,900 yuan; 2 second prizes for provincial teaching achievements, Two first prizes for school-level teaching achievements. Has hosted 3 international conferences, participated in 32 domestic and foreign academic conferences, 10 on-site reports, and 3 conference reports. Two were awarded the advanced collective of "Education is a strong city, I am a pioneer"; two teachers were awarded the city "May 1st" Labor Medal; three teachers were awarded the first prize of the Provincial Skills Competition; many teachers received excellent results in badminton and tennis competitions. Graduate students published 475 papers, undertook 59 provincial and school-level projects, and won 14 provincial scientific research awards; 4 graduate students went to the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences to engage in research on tendon stem cells and animal models of injury.

学院设有体育教育和社会体育指导与管理两个专业，均为校级重点专业，体操、田径、篮球、健美操、大学体育等5门课程先后被评为省级重点和校级精品课程。

The college has two majors, physical education, social sports guidance and management; both of which are school-level key majors. Five courses including gymnastics, track and field, basketball, aerobics, and university sports have been rated as provincial key and school-level excellent courses.

学院现有运动解剖学等7个实验室和大学生体质测试中心。仪器设备300余台套，价值200余万元。拥有标准的塑胶田径场、室外篮球、足球、排球、网球场等;有容纳1600人的综合体育馆;50米标准游泳馆;1000平方米体操馆;600平方米乒乓球馆;300平方米健美操室及400平方米的健美健身中心等。

2010年以来，学院先后荣获国家级、省级、市级等运动竞赛800多项奖励，2017年学院代表黑龙江省参加中华人民共和国第十三届运动会龙舟比赛并进入决赛，单项取得第十名的成绩。为国家残疾人滑雪队提供技术支持，举办7次科学健身讲座，负责完成牡丹江国民体质监测工作。

  名人轶事 Distinguished Alumni:

张高华老师2003年考入了天津体育学院以体育人文社会学为专业主攻,08年北京奥运会秦皇岛分赛区组委会秘书部负责协调工作, 考取博士后继续在北京体育大学学习体育人文社会学主攻体育教育，在博士一年级下学期就被选拔至朝阳区体育局挂职锻炼，任局长助理，参与基层的体育管理和组织活动。在博士二年级时，又被国家留学基金委公派至美国访学一年。2011年博士毕业后来我校工作，一直承担体育教育专业、社会体育专业本科、研究生专业课程的教学任务，年年超额完成学院规定教学工作量，先后讲授过《体育社会学》、《健身概论》、《体育科研方法》、《体育健身俱乐部经营管理》和《锻炼心理学》等课程。

关伟军教授，博士生导师，1979级体育系学生。国家863重大项目、国家标准项目和国家动物技术规程项目首席科学家，国家标准委员会和国家农业行业标准委员会评审专家。

Ms. Zhang Gaohua was admitted to Tianjin Institute of Physical Education in 2003 major in sports humanities and sociology. He has worked for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games- Qinghuangdao Division. After being enrolled to Beijing Sports University for doctoral degree, he majored in Physical Education, and be elected to the Chaoyang District Sports Bureau for temporary exercise, served as assistant to the Director and engaged in sports management and organization of lower level, and in his second year of Ph.D, he was sent by the China Scholarship Council to study in the United States for one year. After graduating from Ph.D. in 2011, he worked in our school on teaching mansion of physical education, social sports major undergraduate education, and master degree professional courses, and always overfilled the teaching task, he has taught "Sociology of Sports" and "Introduction to Fitness" , "Sports Research Methods", "Sports Fitness Club Management" and "Exercise Psychology" and other courses.

Professor Guan Weijun, a doctoral supervisor, the 1979 graduate majoring in physical education. He is the chief scientist of National 863 Major Project, National Standard Project and National Animal Technology Regulation Project, and the assessment expert of National Standards Committee and National Agricultural Industry Standards Committee.
