学校概况  Profile：

体育学院的前身是1972年创办的大庆师范学校体育科，随着办学层次的提高，1986年改称体育系，2008年正式更名为体育学院。学院多年来坚持为大庆油田和地方经济社会发展培养体育教育人才，坚持“一专多能”的人才培养定位，向社会输送了了大批合格的体育师资和体育管理人员，毕业生遍布油田和全国各地。

Originally established as the Physical Education Division of Daqing Normal School in 1972. With the rising of administrative level, the division was renamed the Department of Physical Education in 1986 and subsequently renamed the College of Physical Education in 2008. Over years, the college has insisted on training physical education talents for Daqing Oilfield and local economic and social development, and adhered to the talent training positioning of "one specialization, multiple abilities". It has sent a large number of qualified sports teachers and sports managers to the society, who are engaged in oil industry across the country.

学院现有教职工34人，专任教师27人。其中，教授5人，副教授12人，讲师12人。具有硕士研究生学历的教师13人，先后有13名教师接受“双师型”培养。

The college currently has 34 faculty members and 27 full-time teachers. Among them, there are 5 professors, 12 associate professors, and 12 lecturers. There are 13 teachers with master's degree, and 13 teachers have received "dual teacher" training.

学院目前有体育教育和社会体育指导与管理两个本科专业。主要培养适应地方经济社会、油田建设需要，具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型人才。他们能在中小学和各级各类健身中心、社区、企事业单位工会以及其他社会体育组织等部门从事体育教育、学校体育组织管理、社会体育活动表演、社会体育健身咨询、指导和组织，体育产业经营管理活动等工作。近年来，先后有21名学生考取了硕士研究生。学生就业率在98%以上。

The college currently has two undergraduate majors, physical education and social sports guidance and management. It mainly cultivates applied talents with innovative spirit and practical ability to meet the needs of local economic society and oilfield construction. They serve for the primary school, middle school, fitness center, community, enterprise and public institute or other social sports organizations on PE education, school sport organization and management, social sports performance; social sports fitness consultation, advice and organization; sports industry operation and management etc. In recent years, 21 students have been admitted to master degree candidates. The student employment rate is above 98%.

学院现有体育教研室、社会体育教研室、公共体育教学部、大学生体质测试中心、综合实验室等5个系(部)，有全日制在校生260余人。现有2个田径场，2个足球场，12个篮球场，11个排球场，3个网球场;拥有篮、排球馆、体操馆、乒乓球馆、羽毛球馆、武术馆、健美操馆、舞蹈房等多个室内场馆。建有1个图书资料室，专业藏书5500余册，学术期刊20多种，音像资料420余盘，宽带与校园网相接，随时检索图书文献，能够满足教学、训练和科学研究的需要。体育人文社会学被确定为校级重点建设学科。现有学科带头人1人，学术带头人1人，1个校级教学团队。建成了公共体育健美操、体育教育专业足球2门校级精品课。建成了体育专业排球普修等11门校级优秀课和38门校级合格课。

The college has 5 departments, including the Physical Education Teaching and Research Section, Social Sports Teaching and Research Section, Public Physical Education Department, College Student Physical Fitness Testing Center, and Comprehensive Laboratory, with more than 260 full-time students. There are 2 track and field grounds, 2 football fields, 12 basketball courts, 11 volleyball courts, and 3 tennis courts; as well as indoor stadiums as basket and volleyball hall, gymnastics hall, table tennis hall, badminton hall, martial arts hall, aerobics hall, dance rooms. 1 library and reference room was built with more than 5,500 professional books, more than 20 academic journals, more than 420 audio-visual materials, be connected with campus network, so as to enable students to search books and documents at any time, which can meet the needs of teaching, training and scientific research. Sports Humanities and Sociology has been identified as a key construction discipline at the school level. There are 1 subject leader, 1 academic leader, and a school-level teaching team. Two school-level quality courses have been completed for public sports aerobics and physical education professional football. 11 school-level excellent courses and 38 school-level qualified courses have been completed, including the general volleyball course for sports majors.

近年以来，学院共承担省部级及以上科研项目15项，其中国家社科基金青年项目1项，国家社科基金子课题1项、省级课题13项、局级课题2项、校级课题9项;出版著作和教材7部;共计发表学术论文153篇，其中被EI检索论文4篇，在专业核心刊上发表16篇。获大庆市社科联一等奖1项，三等奖3项，佳作奖2项;获全国石油高校青年体育教师教学基本功大赛二等奖2项，校级教学大赛三等奖3项，优秀奖1项;省级教改工程项目4项，校级教改项目8项，获校级教学成果二等奖1项。

In recent years, the college has undertaken 15 scientific research projects at the provincial and ministerial level and above, including 1 National Social Science Fund Youth Project, 1 National Social Science Fund sub-project, 13 provincial-level projects, 2 bureau-level projects, and school-level projects 9; has published 7 books and textbooks; published a total of 153 academic papers, of which 4 were indexed by EI, and 16 were published in professional core journals. Won 1 first prize, 3 third prizes, and 2 excellent work awards from the Daqing City Federation of Social Sciences; 2 second prizes in the National Petroleum University Young Physical Education Teacher Teaching Basic Skills Competition, 3 third prizes in the school-level teaching competition, excellent 1 prize; 4 provincial-level teaching reform projects, 8 school-level teaching reform projects, and 1 school-level teaching achievement second prize.

学生曾获全国拉丁舞新人组单项亚军，在2013年东北地区国际标准舞公开赛暨新加坡国际舞蹈公开赛选拔赛中获得拉丁舞女子双人A组第一名;2011年全国板球锦标赛季军，获黑龙江省大学生田径锦标赛三个单项冠军、专业组团体总分第七名;获黑龙江省高校网球比赛团体亚军、女单亚军、女双第五名，羽毛球比赛团体第五名。2007年学院获得全国石油体协《全民健身与奥运同行》先进单位的。

The student won the single runner-up of the National Latin Dance Newcomer Group, and won the first place in the Latin Dance Women's Double Group A in the 2013 Northeast International Standard Dance Open Trail and the Singapore International Dance Open Trial; the third runner-up of the 2011 National Cricket, 3 individual champions in Heilongjiang College Student Athletics Championships, and ranged the 7th the professional group team according to Group total point ; team runner-up,woman single second runner-up , woman double the 5th prize in Heilongjiang College Tennis Competition; the 5th prize in badminton team competition. In 2007, the college has been award the title of advanced unit by National Petroleum Sports Association’s National Wide Fitness Program for the Olympic Games Activity.

学院非常重视学术交流活动，承办了省级以上学术会议2次，聘请知名学者来我院讲学近10人次。积极参加中国高等教育学会体育专业委员会教师教育研究会和全国石油高校体育专业委员会组织的活动，并被任命为中国高等教育学会体育专业委员会教师教育研究会常务理事单位。

The college attaches great importance to academic exchange activities. It has hosted 2 academic conferences at or above the provincial level and hired well-known scholars to give lectures in our college for more than 10 times. Actively participated in the activities organized by the Teacher Education Research Association of the Sports Professional Committee of the Chinese Higher Education Society and the National Petroleum University Sports Professional Committee, and was appointed as the standing director unit of the Teacher Education Research Society of the Sports Professional Committee of the Chinese Higher Education Society.

邵长坤：院长  全面负责体育学院工作；分管行政、学科、科研建设工作、教师队伍建设工作。

Shao Changkun：Dean  Responsible for the work of the Physical Education Institute; in charge of administration, disciplines, scientific research construction, and teacher team construction.

  专业设置 Major Setting:

1、体育教育专业(学历本科，学制四年，毕业授予教育学学士学位。)

Physical Education Major (Bachelor degree, four years of schooling, bachelor degree in education will be awarded after graduation.)

本专业培养掌握体育教育专业的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能，具有社会体育指导、体育经营管理及人文和科技等方面的相关知识和能力，能够从事学校体育教学、训练、管理和竞赛组织裁判等工作的应用型人才。

Students were cultivated to master the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills of the physical education major, to get relevant knowledge and abilities in social sports guidance, sports management, humanities and technology, and grow to applied talent in school sports teaching, training, management; and competition organization and refereeing

主要课程：体育学概论、运动解剖学、运动生理学、学校体育学、田径、体操、足球、排球、篮球、速度滑冰等。

Main courses: Physical Education, Sports Anatomy, Exercise Physiology, School Physical Education, Track and Field, Gymnastics, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Speed Skating, etc.

就业方向：可以在中小学从事体育教学和教育管理工作，也可以在体育学校、企事业单位、社区和健身俱乐部从事体育活动的训练、咨询指导和组织管理等工作。

Employment direction: capable for teaching and education management work in primary or middle school, or training, consulting, guidance and organization and management work in sports schools, enterprises,institutions, communities, and fitness clubs.

2、社会体育指导与管理专业(学历本科，学制四年，毕业授予教育学学士学位。)

Social Sports Guidance and Management Major(Bachelor degree, four years of schooling, bachelor degree in education will be awarded after graduation.)

本专业培养掌握社会体育的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，具有社会体育和休闲体育等方面的相关知识和能力，能从事体育健身、休闲娱乐指导，并具有体育健身休闲娱乐业经营管理、体育社会工作等能力的应用型人才。

This major cultivates students to masters the basic theories, knowledge and skills of social sports, has relevant knowledge and abilities in social sports and leisure sports, can be engaged in sports fitness, leisure and entertainment guidance, and has the ability of management of fitness and leisure business operation, or ability of working for social work of sports.

主要课程：体育学概论、社会体育管理、体育社会学、运动解剖学、运动生理学、体育心理学、健身健美、网球、羽毛球、乒乓球等。

  名人轶事 Distinguished Alumni:

邵长坤，中共党员，1988年7月毕业于哈尔滨体育学院。现任大庆师范学院体育学院院长、总支书记，教授，校学术带头人。一直从事教学和教学管理工作，担任体育专业学生术《武术》、《太极拳》、《社区体育导论》、《体育社会学》和《休闲体育概论》等教学任务。在工作、学习和生活中始终保持坚定的共产主义理想信念和人民教师的高尚职业道德，忠诚党的教育事业，贯彻党的教育方针，把实现中国梦作为自己前进的不懈动力。多次被评为校先进工作者，2008年荣获黑龙江省学生工作先进个人，2010年荣获黑龙江省体育先进工作者，2010--2013年荣获黑龙江省体育先进个人等荣誉称号。 2017年获得全国第七届传统武术养生太极拳创编养生太极拳比赛一等奖等好成绩。近5年，发表学术论文21篇，其中4篇被EI全文检索，出版10万字以上大学体育教材6部，均是主编之一。主持或参与省级以上教改或教研项目6项，5项已结题，1项在研。2015年指导学生参加全国体育院校大学生体育产业创新创业策划大赛获三等奖。2016年指导学生参加黑龙江省“神州通信杯”机器人运动联赛总决赛，获得陆地机器人马球成人组冠军。2017年指导学生参加“德州-神通杯”第二届全国机器人运动大赛，荣获机器人马球赛成人组第四名的好成绩。2018年黑龙江省第一届大学生机器人运动大会“陆地机器人马球赛”团体一等奖,2019年被评为UC2019年全国全民健身榜样(全国只有五人获得殊荣)。2013年3月被聘为中国高等教育体育学会体育专业委员会教师教育研究会常务理事;2013年7月被聘为第三届黑龙江省普通高等学校体育教学指导委员会高校体育专业组委员;2014年10月被聘为中国高等教育体育学会体育专业委员会社会体育研究会理事;2015年5月被聘为黑龙江省科学健身志愿服务专家;2015年10月被聘为黑龙江省高校体育教学教研指导专家库成员。2004年由黑龙江省职业鉴定指导中心聘为“社会体育指导员考评员”，2015年取得国家人力资源和社会保障部颁发的《健康管理师资格证书》，2016年被黑龙江省招生考试院聘为“中小学和幼儿园教师资格考试面试考官”，2016年取得由北京体育大学颁发的《运动测试及运动处方》资质证书。

Mr. Shao Changkun, a graduate from Harbin Institute of Physical Education in July 1988. Currently the Dean, Secretary of the General administration, professor, and academic leader of the School of Physical Education of Daqing Normal University. He has been engaged in teaching and teaching management, and has been responsible for teaching tasks such as "Martial Arts", "Tai Chi", "Introduction to Community Sports", "Sociology of Sports" and "Introduction to Leisure Sports" for sports majors. Always maintain firm communist ideals and beliefs and the noble professional ethics of people’s teachers in work, study and life, loyal to the Party’s educational cause, implement the Party’s educational policy, and regard the realization of the Chinese Dream as the unremitting driving force for his advancement. He has been rated as an advanced worker of the school for many times. In 2008, he was awarded the Heilongjiang Province Advanced Individual in Student Work, in 2010, he was awarded the Heilongjiang Province Sports Advanced Worker, and the Heilongjiang Province Sports Advanced Individual in 2010-2013.In 2017, he won the first prize of the 7th National Traditional Wushu Health Taijiquan Competition. In the past 5 years, 21 academic papers have been published, 4 of which have been fully searched by EI, and 6 university physical education textbooks with more than 100,000 words have been published, all of which are one of the chief editors. Presided over or participated in 6 educational reform or teaching research projects at or above the provincial level, 5 of which have been completed, and 1 is under research. In 2015, instructed students to participate in the National Sports College Student Sports Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Planning Competition and won the third prize. 李方海副教授，1967年10月25日出生，1988年9月至1992年7月就读于东北师范大学美术系雕塑专业，1992年9月至今任职于大庆师范学院美术与设计学院环艺系。

Associate Professor Li Fanghai, a graduate of School of Arts of Northeast Normal University, majoring in Sculpture from September 1988 to July 1992. From September 1992 to present, he has worked in the Department of Environmental Art of the School of Fine Arts and Design, Daqing Normal University.
