黑龙江省水利学校始建于1956年，原名黑龙江省水利工程学校，2005年与黑龙江省水利工程技术学校合并为黑龙江省水利水电学校，2016年更名为黑龙江省水利学校。

The Heilongjiang Water Conservancy School was founded in 1956 and was originally named Heilongjiang Water Conservancy Engineering School. In 2005, it merged with Heilongjiang Water Conservancy Engineering Technical School to form Heilongjiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower School. In 2016, it was renamed Heilongjiang Water Conservancy School.

黑龙江水利高级技工学校始建于1979年，原名黑龙江省水利工程技工学校。1999年更名为黑龙江省水利工程技术学校，2011年挂黑龙江水利高级技工学校牌子。与黑龙江省水利学校一个机构，两块牌子。

The School was founded in 1979, formerly known as Heilongjiang Water Conservancy Engineering Technician School. In 1999, it was renamed Heilongjiang Water Conservancy Engineering Technical School, and in 2011, it was named Heilongjiang Water Conservancy Senior Technical School, just the same institution with Heilongjiang Water Conservancy School, but with two brands.

学校隶属于黑龙江省水利厅，是集中专教育、技工教育、职业技能培训和鉴定于一体的全日制中等职业学校，是水利部定点培训机构、水利行业特有工种职业技能鉴定(53)号站。2017年7月,学校从肇东市迁址大庆市，校园总占地面积19.21万平方米，建筑面积5.91万平方米。学校通过践行学校和企业双主体办学、双主体育人、双导师辅导、双元评价的双元培育模式，培养水利工程建设、运行、管理第一线高素质的技术技能人才，培养适应区域经济发展的综合职业技能人才。夯基础，抓重心，督落实，促发展，一跃成为国家高技能人才培训基地，国家中职教育改革发展示范学校，荣获“国家技能人才培育突出贡献单位”，“全国水利文明单位”、“黑龙江省级文明单位标兵”、“黑龙江省职业教育先进单位”等荣誉称号。

The school is affiliated to Heilongjiang Water Resources Department. It is a full-time secondary vocational school that integrates vocational education, technical education, vocational skills training and appraisal. It is a designated training institution of the Ministry of Water Resources and a special vocational skill appraisal station (No.53) in the water conservancy industry. In July 2017, the school moved from Zhaodong City to Daqing City. The campus covers an area of 192,100 square meters and a building area of 59,100 square meters. Running school and teaching student by school&enterprise cooperation, cultivating student by double mentor and dual evaluation., the school has cultivated the first-line high-quality technical talents in the construction, operation and management of water conservancy projects and comprehensive professionals meet the demand of regional economic development. Laying good foundation, seizing the key point, supervising job performance, and facilitating development, the school has become a national high-skilled personnel training base, model school of national secondary vocational education reform and development; won honorary titles of "National Technical Talent Cultivation Outstanding Contribution Unit", "National Water Conservancy Civilized Unit", Heilongjiang Provincial Civilized Unit Model and Heilongjiang Vocational Education Advanced Unit.

学校目前有教职工171人，在校生3431人。固定资产10647.28万元，实习实训设备2715台套。开设水利水电工程施工、数控技术应用、铁道运输管理、汽车应用与维修、计算机应用等13个专业。其中是水利水电工程施工、数控技术应用和计算机技术应用是国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校示范建设专业，焊接技术应用专业是黑龙江省级重点专业。

The school currently has 171 faculty members and 3,431 students. The fixed capital is 106,472,800 yuan, and there are 2,715 sets of internship training equipment. There are 13 majors including water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, numerical control technology application, railway transportation management, automobile application and maintenance, and computer application. Among them, water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, numerical control technology application and computer technology application are the model majors of the national secondary vocational education reform and development model school, and the welding technology application major is the provincial key major of Heilongjiang.

我校水利水电工程施工专业开办于1956年，是国家中职示范校建设重点专业之一，是省技工院校示范专业。

Water conservancy and hydropower project construction

The water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction major of our school was established in 1956. It is one of the key major of the national secondary vocational model school and the model major of the provincial technical college.

工程测量

本专业主要培养从事工程建设规划及勘察设计、工程施工、运营管理阶段的测绘等工作的专业人才。

Engineering Surveying

2019年11月18日，黑龙江省水利学校与自然资源部第三地形测量队关于人才培养和技术应用的签约仪式在学校无纸化会议室隆重举行。双方共同成立“自然资源部第三地信测量队地信大数据与智慧水利应用研究中心”。

On November 18, 2019, the signing ceremony between Heilongjiang Water Conservancy School and the Third Topographic Survey Team of the Ministry of Natural Resources on talent training and technology application was held in the school's Paperless Conference Room. The two parties jointly established the "The Third Geographic Information Survey Team of the Ministry of Natural Resources Geographic Information Big Data and Smart Water Conservancy Application Research Center".

2019年11月15日至17日，2020年黑龙江省职业院校技能大赛，暨全国职业院校技能大赛选拔赛数控车加工技术、数控铣加工技术赛项在哈尔滨轻工业学校举行。我校选手与来自全省职业学校的五十余名选手同场竞技，经过3天的激烈比拼，取得了骄人成绩，荣获数控车加工技术一等奖2人、二等奖1人，三等奖1人;数控铣加工技术二等奖2人、三等奖2人;8名参赛选手全部获奖。

From November 15th to 17th, 2019, the 2020 Heilongjiang Vocational College Skills Competition or the National Vocational College Skills Competition Trial Tournament NC car Processing Technology and CNC Milling Processing Technology Competitions were held at Harbin Light Industry School. The school’s contestants competed with more than 50 contestants from vocational schools across the province. After 3 days of fierce competition, they achieved impressive results: 2 first prizes, 1 second prize, and 1 third prize; in addition, 2 second prizes and 2 third prize in CNC Milling Processing; all 8 contestants won.

2019年10月18日，由水利部人事司、中国水利教育协会主办，重庆水利电力职业技术学院承办的第十三届全国水利职业院校“巴渝杯”技能大赛开幕。汇集了来自全国各地的45所水利职业院校，黑龙江省水利学校荣获“巴渝杯”技能大赛三等奖。

On October 18, 2019, the 13th National Water Conservancy Vocational College "Bayu Cup" Skills Competition hosted by the Ministry of Water Resources and China Water Conservancy Education Association and organized by Chongqing Water Conservancy and Electric Vocational Technical College opened. Bringing together 45 water conservancy vocational colleges from all over the country, Heilongjiang Water Conservancy School won the third prize of the "Bayu Cup" Skills Competition.

2019年6月14日，黑龙江省水利学校与沈阳浩博实业有限公司共同前往大庆职业学院，参与三方校企合作交流会。商讨在在石油化工和无人机领域进行交流合作。

On June 14, 2019, Heilongjiang Water Conservancy School and Shenyang Haobo Industrial Co., Ltd. visited Daqing Vocational College to participate in the tripartite school-enterprise cooperation exchange meeting, discuss exchanges and cooperation in the petrochemical and UAV fields.
