黑龙江商业职业学院是经省政府批准、国家教育部备案、独立设置的一所公办全日制普通高等院校，坐落在秀美灵和的镜泊湖畔—牡丹江市。学院始建于1958年，前身为黑龙江省蚕业学校，1972年定名为黑龙江省牡丹江商业学校，1995年更名为黑龙江财贸学校，2000年被国家教育部首批命名为国家级重点中专学校。2003年3月，经黑龙省人民政府批准，在黑龙江省财贸学校的基础上组建黑龙江商业职业学院，实施普通专科层次高等职业技术教育，同时保留中等职业教育功能。2009年，学院凭借多年发展建设取得的优异成绩，顺利通过了国家教育部人才培养水平工作评估，全面步入发展的快车道。

Heilongjiang Vocational College of Commerce is a publicly full-time general higher education institution approved by the provincial government and registered by the Ministry of Education. It is located in Mudanjiang City, alongside the beautiful and peaceful Jingpo Lake. The college was founded in 1958, formerly known as Heilongjiang Sericulture School. In 1972, it was named Heilongjiang Mudanjiang Commercial School. In 1995, it was renamed Heilongjiang Finance and Trade School. In 2000, it was named the first national key secondary school by the Ministry of Education. In March 2003, with the approval of the People's Government of Heilong Province, Heilongjiang Vocational College of Commerce was established on the basis of Heilongjiang Finance and Trade School to implement higher vocational and technical education at the general college level while retaining the function of secondary vocational offering. In 2009, with the outstanding achievements through years of development and construction, the college successfully passed the evaluation of the talent training assessment of the Ministry of Education, and entered the fast lane of development in an all-round manner.

学院现有占地面积30.14万平方米，固定资产总值5286.76万元，其中教学科研仪器设备总值1080.39万元，图书馆藏书23万册。目前设有会计系、工商管理系、经贸系、机电系、艺术系、旅游系、信息工程系、思想政治教学部、体育教学部、外语教学部、通识教学部、继续教育部、中专部、就业创业教学部等14个教学单位，共开设25个个专业。其中，中央财政支持重点建设专业2个，省级重点建设专业4个、院级重点建设专业3个、省级优秀教学团队1个、省级教学名师1人。

The college currently covers an area of 301,400 square meters, with a total fixed asset valued of 52,867,600 RMB, of which the total value of teaching and research equipment is 10,803,900 RMB, and its library has a collection of 230,000 books. At present, there are 14 educational departments including accounting department, business administration department, economics and trade department, mechanical and electrical department, art department, tourism department, information engineering department, ideological and political teaching department, physical education department, foreign language teaching department, general education department, continuing education department, technical secondary school, employment and entrepreneurship education department. And those departments set 25 majors in total, including 2 central finance supporting majors, 4 provincial-level key majors, 3 college-level key majors, 1 provincial-level excellent teaching team, and 1 provincial-level excellent teacher.

学院致力于打造高水平的“双师”结构专业教学团队，具有一支素质优良、结构合理、专兼结合的教师队伍。专任教师中教授19人、副教授32人，硕士学位教师24人，“双师型”教师43人，省级教学名师2人。各专业均配有副高级以上职称的学科带头人。在振兴老工业基地和职教教改工作中，我院有“国家级有突出贡献的中青年科学、技术、管理专家”1人。积极鼓励教师参加科研服务活动，实现以科研促教学、促生产和技术研发，努力服务地方经济。“十一五”以来，学院先后承担国家级科研课题立项2项，省级科研课题立项49项。共发表国家级论文83篇，省级论文145篇，主编、参编教材121部。《汽车可调式后保险杠》等4项专利被国家知识产权局授予实用新型专利。

The college is committed to building a high-level professional teaching team with a team of teachers with high quality, reasonable structure, and a flexible employment form. Amongst the full-time teachers, there are 19 professors, 32 associate professors, 24 with master's degree, 43 "dual-qualified" teachers, and 2 provincial-level excellent teachers. All majors are equipped with academic leaders with associate senior titles or above. In the revitalization of the old industrial base and the reform of vocational education, our college has one "national-level young and middle-aged scientific, technical, and management expert with outstanding contributions." Teachers are actively encouraged to participate in scientific research service activities, to promote teaching, production and technology R&D by science research, and strive to serve the local economy. Since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", the college has successively undertaken 2 national-level scientific research projects and 49 provincial-level scientific research projects. A total of 83 national-level papers and 145 provincial-level papers were published, and 121 textbooks were edited or co-edited. Four patents including "Auto Adjustable Rear Bumper" were granted Utility Model Patents by the State Intellectual Property Office.

在立足地方服务区域经济发展过程中，学院坚持守初心促合作、广建言促融合，充分发挥商贸优质专业优势，以下企业、下乡镇、进农户等方式积极提供财税、营销、物流等咨询培训服务，并连续多年承担了牡丹江地区会计从业资格、会计职称考试、导游证考试、司法考试等社会性考试的考务工作，年均开展社会职业教育培训3000人次。目前，学院与修正药业集团、北京银建汽车公司、秦皇岛长城酒店、黑龙江东方天地房地产开发有限公司、牡丹江大商集团、牡丹江好日子商贸有限公司、黑龙江顺丰速运有限公司、大庆福特汽车4S店等30多家企业建立了紧密稳定的校企合作关系，为学生实习就业奠定了一条龙服务的良好基础。

In the process of serving regional economic development based on the local area, the college insists on keeping the original intention to promote cooperation, adopting broad recommendation to promote integration, and giving full play to the high-quality professional advantages of commerce. Actively provide finance, taxation, marketing and logistics related consulting and training service for enterprise, county and rural households. It undertakes the examination work for social examinations such as Accounting Qualification Examination, Accounting Title Examination, Tour Guide Certificate Examination, Judicial Examination and so on in Mudanjiang area for many years. Average annual social vocational education and training are offered for 3000 people. At present, the college has build a stable and close partnership with more than 30 companies as Huaxian Pharmaceutical Group, Beijing Yinjian Automobile Company, Qinhuangdao Great Wall Hotel, Heilongjiang Dongfangtiandi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Mudanjiang Dashang Group, Mudanjiang Good Day Trading Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Shunfeng Express Co., Ltd., Daqing Ford Motor 4S store, which lays a good foundation for one-stop service for students internship and employment.

金铭，女，汉族，1997年7月生，中共预备党员，黑龙江商业职业学院2015级会计与审计专业学生。2016年荣获学院一等奖学金奖励、学院三好学生、优秀共青团员、优秀志愿者荣誉称号。2017年获国家奖学金奖励，同年度获得黑龙江省三好学生荣誉称号。参加过省级国家级多项技能竞赛，均取得优异成绩。曾获得“2016年黑龙江省高教社杯英语囗语大赛三等奖”、“2016年互联网+创新创业大赛省赛三等奖”、“牡丹江市爱尔杯创新创业大赛优秀组织奖”、“2016年第十届新道杯全国寻找企业好会计大赛黑龙江省总决赛二等奖、国赛优秀奖”、“2016第三届、2017第四届全国青年摄影大赛优秀作品奖”、“2017网中网会计技能大赛三等奖”等各类大赛奖项。积极投身大学生创新创业，已具有五年婚庆礼仪行业从业经验，并在行业内具有一定权威资历。

Ms. Jin Ming, Han nationality, born in July 1997, a preliminary party member of the Communist Party of China, a 2015 accounting and auditing student of Heilongjiang Vocational College of Commerce. In 2016, she was awarded the honorary titles of First-Class Scholarship Award, Excellent Student Of The College, Outstanding Communist Youth League Member, and Outstanding Volunteer. In 2017, she won the National Scholarship Award and the honorary title of Heilongjiang Province Three Good Student in the same year. She has participated in a number of provincial and national skill competitions and achieved excellent results and won the "2016 Heilongjiang Higher Education Society Cup English Language Contest Third Prize", "2016 Internet + Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Provincial Competition Third Prize", "Mudanjiang City Air Cup Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Outstanding Organization Award", "2016 The second prize of the Heilongjiang Province Finals of the 10th Xindao Cup National Finding Good Accounting Competition, National Competition Excellence Award, "2016 Third and 2017 Fourth National Youth Photo Contest Excellent Works Award", "2017 ChinaNet"Internet Accounting Skills Competition Third Prize" and other various competition awards. 2016年6月15日，伴随着学生们一阵又一阵热烈的掌声，由牡丹江市双创办主办的6场全市创新创业先进事迹报告会圆满收官。市委常委、秘书长、市双创办主任宫镇江及市妇联、市人社局、团市委等相关职能部门负责人出席报告会牡丹江师范学院专场活动。黑龙江商业职业学院工商管理系2014级市场营销1班学生孟祥东作为报告团主要成员参加了此次报告会并做精彩演讲。

On June 15, 2016, with bursts of warm applause from the students, the 6 city-wide reports on advanced deeds of innovation and entrepreneurship hosted by Mudanjiang City Double Founder ended successfully. Municipal Standing Committee Member, Secretary General, and Director of the Municipal Double Founding(civilized city and healthy city) Committee Gong Zhenjiang, and the heads of relevant functional departments such as the Municipal Women’s Federation, the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Youth League Municipal Committee attended the special event of Mudanjiang Teachers College. Meng Xiangdong, a class 1 student of the 2014 Marketing Department of Heilongjiang Vocational College of Commerce, attended the report and gave a wonderful speech as a main member of the report team.

在为期一周的时间里，“互联网+”大学生创业先锋孙尧，扎根基层带领农民创业的大学生村官王辰，20岁“创一代”“微商王子”孟祥东，凭借机械加工专业知识创新创业的高校教师李峰，回乡创业的留英女大学生赵博，带领大学生创业的蚁聚空间负责人王毅共6位优秀的青年大学生创新创业代表，先后走进黑龙江农业职业技术学院、牡丹江医学院、牡丹江大学、黑龙江幼儿师范学校、牡丹江师范学院、牡丹江林业职业技术学院，将自己创新创业路上的心得体会与执着精神以专题报告的形式和大学生代表分享交流，以此激励更多的大学生走上创新创业之路。6位报告人结合各自实际，用质朴的语言讲述了他们在创新创业过程中的酸甜苦辣，分享了他们的创业心得和经验做法，他们的奋斗历程和动人故事感动了在场的每一个人，激发了在场大学生创新创业的热情。听报告的大学生们代表们纷纷表示，青年创新创业，国家就朝气蓬勃，在今后的学习实践过程中，要努力掌握创新创业本领、学习创新创业技能，成为牡丹江创新创业的主力军。

During the one-week period, Sun Yao, the pioneer of “Internet+” college student entrepreneurship, Wang Chen, a college student village officer who took root at the grassroots and led farmers to start businesses, and 20-year-old “creative generation” and “micro-business prince” Meng Xiangdong, used mechanical processing expertise to innovate and start a business. Li Feng, a college teacher, Zhao Bo, a female university student studying in the UK who returned to her hometown to start a business, and Wang Yi, the person in charge of the Ant Gathering Space that led college students to start a business, a total of 6 outstanding young college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship representatives, went to Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College, Mudanjiang Medical College, Mudanjiang University, Heilongjiang Kindergarten Normal School, Mudanjiang Teachers College, Mudanjiang Forestry Vocational and Technical College shared their experience and persistence on the path of innovation and entrepreneurship with university student representatives in the form of special reports, so as to encourage more university students to embark on innovation and entrepreneurship. The six speakers combined their own reality and used plain language to tell the ups and downs of their innovation and entrepreneurship process, and shared their entrepreneurial experience. Their struggle and touching stories touched and inspired everyone present. Representatives of college students who listened to the report said that the country is full of vitality when young people innovate and start businesses. In the future learning and practice process, we must strive to learn and master the skills of innovation and entrepreneurship,so to become the main force in innovation and entrepreneurship in Mudanjiang.

工商管理系学生孟祥东作为报告团的主要演讲人员，被牡丹江市树立为创新创业的先进典型，通过此次报告会的开展，拉近了黑龙江商业职业学院和政府、各大高校、社会的距离，提高了黑龙江商业职业学院服务地方经济发展能力，提升了黑龙江商业职业学院影响力和美誉度，提高了黑龙江商业职业学院在全市的办学声誉。

As the main speaker of the report team, Meng Xiangdong, a student of the Department of Business Administration, was established as an advanced model of innovation and entrepreneurship by Mudanjiang City. Through the launch of this report meeting, the distance between Heilongjiang Vocational College of Commerce and the government, major universities and society has been narrowed. It has improved the College's ability to serve local economic development, enhanced the influence and reputation of the college.
