学校概况  Profile：

齐齐哈尔高等师范专科学校具有百余年的办学。其前身是始建于1906年(清光绪三十二年)省城(齐齐哈尔)高等小学(前汉义学)创办的师范速成班。1908年(光绪三十四年)在此基础上，成立两级师范学堂。1914年(民国三年)改名为“黑龙江省立第一师范学校”，是全国建校最早的开展师范教育的学校之一，被誉为“龙江师范第一校”。1947年毛泽东同志曾亲手为德都萌芽乡村师范学校(原克山师范专科学校前身)，题写了“萌芽学校”的校名。2003年，经国家教育部和黑龙江省人民政府批准，克山师范专科学校部分资源、齐齐哈尔市师范学校、齐齐哈尔市幼儿师范学校、齐齐哈尔市教育学院合并，更名为齐齐哈尔高等师范专科学校。

Qiqihar Teachers College has more than 100 years history, whose predecessor is a teacher training express class of Qiqihar(provincial capital) Primary School founded in 1906(the 32nd year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty), on this basis, two levels of teachers school were established in 1908, and be renamed as “Heilongjiang Provincial The First Teachers School” in 1914. In 2003, with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Heilongjiang Government, Part of Keshan Normal Specialized Post-secondary School, Qiqihar Normal School, Qiqihar Kindergarten Training School, Qiqihar Education College were merged and renamed as Qiqihar Teachers College.

在一个多世纪的发展历程中，学校几经变迁，始终坚持育人为本、勤俭办学、依法治校，形成了艰苦创业的光荣传统和“坚韧执著，奉献求索”的师范精神，为国家培养了10万多德才兼备的建设人才，其中许多人已成为专家、学者和教育教学骨干。曾任原国家核安全专家委员会主任、原核工业部副部长姜圣阶同志，原清华大学党委书记、校长刘达同志，全国第一位女拖拉机手梁军同志等便是其中优秀的代表。

In the course of more than a century of development, the college has undergone several changes, but still adhering to the motto of “tenacity, perseverance, dedication and seeking”. It has trained thousands of high quality talents, many of whom have become expert, scholar and backbone in education and teaching field, as Jiang Shengjie, former director of the National Nuclear Safety Expert Committee and former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Nuclear Industry, Liu Da, former Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Tsinghua University, and Comrade Liang Jun, the first female tractor driver in China, are outstanding representatives.

学校占地面积21.2294万平方米，建筑面积8.5048万平方米。现有19个内设机构，教职工299人，其中具有高级职称132人。开设师范类和非师范类专业35个，面向国内20个省(自治区、直辖市)招生，全日制在校学生5000人。毕业生就业率近80%。学校已成为黑龙江省乃至全国基础教育、幼儿教育和经济发展建设重要的人才培养基地。

The school covers an area of 212,294 square meters, with a building area of 85,048 square meters.At present, there are 19 internal institutions with 299 staff members, including 132 with senior titles. It has set up 35 normal and non-normal majors, enrolling students from 20 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) in China, with 5,000 full-time students.The employment rate of graduates is nearly 80%. The school has become an important talent training base for basic education, early childhood education and economic development in Heilongjiang Province and even the whole country.

学校根据现有的优势和条件，积极拓展办学空间，开展对外合作交流，先后与韩国、俄罗斯、澳大利亚等国家多所高校建立了合作交流关系。

According to the existing advantages and conditions, the college has actively expanded its school running space and carried out foreign cooperation and exchange. It has established cooperation and exchange relations with many universities in South Korea, Russia, Australia and other countries.

学校先后荣获黑龙江省“文明校园标兵”“劳动模范集体”“学习型组织先进单位”“和谐校园先进单位”和齐齐哈尔市“劳模大会先进单位”等20余项荣誉称号。
