学校概况  Profile:

学校创建于1954年,属企办技工学校。学校是省级重点技工学校、国家专业技术人员继续教育基地、通用集团装备制造培训中心、黑龙江省数控技术高技能人才培养基地、黑龙江省技工院校教师培训基地、齐齐哈尔市下岗职工再就业培训基地。依托齐二机床良好的工程环境,先后被哈尔滨理工大学、东北林业大学、齐齐哈尔大学、黑龙江东方学院、哈尔滨石油学院等10余所高校确立为实践教学基地。

Technician School of Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Plant was founded in 1954, which is run by enterprises. It is the Provincial Key Technician School, National Professionals Continuing Education Base, Equipment Manufacturing Training Center of GM Corporation, Heilongjiang CNC Professionals Training Base, Heilongjiang Technician School Teacher Training Base, Qiqihar Re-employment Training Base. Relying on the engineering resource of Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Plant, it has been established as the teaching practice base by more than 10 universities as: Harbin University of Technology, Northeast Forestry University, Qiqihar University, East University of Heilongjiang, Harbin Institute of Petroleum etc.

学校占地面积5万平方米,建筑面积3万平方米。综合培训楼、宿舍、食堂、实训车间等基础设施齐全。建有黑龙江地区较为先进的数控实训中心,实训车间1.06万平方米,有数控加工中心、数控车床、数控铣床等设备60余台套。有标准教室60余个,多媒体教室8个,最大的多媒体阶梯教室可容纳180人。学校充分利用本企业的资源,不断加强实训基地的建设,现有校外实习基地15个。

The school covers an area of 50,000 ㎡, with a construction area of 30,000 ㎡, infrastructure as comprehensive training building, dormitory, canteen, training workshop are complete. It has the advanced CNC training center in Heilongjiang, with 10,600㎡ training workshop equipped with more than 60 sets of equipment including CNC machining center, CNC lathe, CNC milling machine etc. There are more than 60 standard classrooms and 8 multi-media classrooms. The largest multi-media ladder classroom can accommodate 180 people. Making full use of the enterprise resources and constantly strengthening the bases construction, it has 15 off-campus practice bases now.

学校主要开设数控技术、机电一体化、机械加工、汽车维修等专业,数控技术专业是我校的优势特色专业。现有全日制在校生619人,与高职院校联合办学1000余人,年培训企业职工、下岗再就业人员、农民工、转业军人达4000余人。企业职工培训,主要是开展职业技能鉴定培训(技师培训、技师岗位技能提升培训、高级技师培训、高级技师岗位技能提升培训)、岗位培训(根据不同工种培训,如车工培训、铣工培训、数控装调、数控编程等)。

The school mainly sets up CNC technology, mechatronics, machning, automobile maintenance and other majors, among which, the CNC technology is the dominant and characteristic specialty. At present, there are 619 full-time students in school, and more than 1,000 students in joint school with higher vocational schools, in addition, more than 4,000 employees of enterprises, laid-off workers, peasant-workers, demobilized armymen. The enterprise staff training is mainly vocational skill appraisal training(technician training, technician post skill upgrading, senior technician training, senior technician post skill upgrading training) and on-the-job training (training according to different types of work, such as lathe worker training, milling worker training, CNC assembly and adjustment, CNC programming, etc.).

2010年企业投入4000余万元建设新校区,新建教学楼、食堂、实习厂1.6万多平方米,改建宿舍、厂房1.5万平方米。

The enterprise invested more than 40 million yuan to build a new campus in 2010, the new built teaching buildings, canteens and practice plants cover an area of 16,000 ㎡, and rebuilt 15,000㎡ dormitories and workshops.

学校现有专任教师42人,外聘教师36人,共计78人。专兼任教师中具有高级职称的49人,占62.8%,师生比为1:20。实习指导教师中具有高级技师资格的占80%。

The school has 42 full-time teachers and 36 external teachers, a total of 78, among whom, 49 have senior titles, accounting for 62.8%. The teacher-student ratio is 1:20. and 80% of the practice instructors have senior technician qualification.


  培养目标定位 Orientation of training objectives:

培养目标的定位,是技工院校办学性质和特色的基础,是学校一切工作的核心。我们的培养目标是在分析了数控专业人才的就业特点,调查了相关企业对本专业人才需求情况的基础上,听取专业指导委员会对本专业毕业生的岗位特点和职业素质要求的分析后制定的。就是以服务企业为宗旨,以企业实际需要为出发点,培养和造就动手能力强、上手速度快、满足岗位和生产一线需要的职业技能型、应用型人才。我校主要为本企业培养重型数控机床的装配、调试、操作和维修人员,同时也为大型数控落地铣镗床用户培养操作者。

The orientation of training objectives is the foundation of the nature and characteristics of technician colleges, and the core of all the work. Our training goal was made after analysis of the employment characteristics of CNC professionals, investigation of the demand of enterprises for talents of this specialty, and analysis of post characteristics and professional quality requirements of the graduates by Professional Steering Committee. Our objective is to serve the enterprise to cultivate and bring up high quality processionals for the production frontline. Our school mainly trains the assembly, debugging, operation and maintenance personnel of heavy CNC machine tools for the enterprise, and also trains operators for large CNC floor milling and boring machine users.

我校是企业办学、隶属齐二机床集团,60多年的办学历史就是校企合作史。企业高度重视校企合作,人力资源部部长兼任校长和职工培训中心主任,真正做到了人才需求预测、培养人、使用人和继续教育四位一体,从体制上保证了校企合作人才培养体系的顺利实施。

Our school is run by enterprise, subordinate to Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Plant. More than 60 years school running is the history of cooperation between school with enterprise. The enterprise attaches great importance to this cooperation. The Director of HR Dept concurrently serves as the President and the Director of the Staff Training Center. It has really achieved four in one mode of talent demand prediction, personnel training, personnel utilization and continuing education, which ensures the smooth implementation of the talent training system.

齐二机床集团是我国大型数控落地铣镗床生产基地,产品市场占有率达60%以上。大型数控落地铣镗床是军工、航空航天等领域的核心加工设备,被誉为共和国的当家设备。我国的登月舱、核潜艇、主战坦克生产制造所需的铣镗床均产自齐二机床,技术工人80%毕业于我校。多年来,校企合作共建一体化培养体系,为装备制造业培养了大批优秀的数控技术专业人才。

Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Plant is a large CNC floor milling and boring machine production base in China, with a market share of more than 60%. Large CNC floor milling and boring machine is the core processing equipment in military, aerospace and other fields, known as the important equipment of the Republic of China.The milling and boring machines for the production and manufacture of lunar module, nuclear submarine and main battle tank in China are all produced by Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Plant, whose 80% of the technical workers graduated from our school. Over the years, school & enterprise cooperation jointly built an integrated training system, which has trained a large number of excellent CNC technology professionals for the equipment manufacturing industry.

1.基地是构建校企合作人才培养体系的基础 The base is the foundation of constructing the talent training system of school & enterprise cooperation

大型数控落地铣镗床高7-8米,长30余米,造价近千万元,培养其操作者设备投入大、实训时间长、费用高、制约因素多,离开企业的支持,培养合格技能人才就是一句空话。齐二机床集团有着良好的工程环境,为实施一体化实践教学环节提供了天然的有利条件。学校从一流企业优秀技能人才的培养目标和培养方向出发,将企业作为一体化教学的主阵地,生产产品及加工流程与学校人才技能培养同步。

Large CNC floor milling and boring machine is 7-8 meters high and more than 30 meters long, with a cost of nearly 10 million yuan. It is difficult to train qualified skilled personnel without the support of enterprises due to its large investment in equipment, long training period, high cost and many restrictive factors. The engineering environment of Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Plant provides natural favorable conditions for integration of practice and teaching. Aiming at training excellent skilled talents for enterprises, the school takes enterprises as the main position, synchronizing production, processing and talents training.

2.教学是校企合作人才培养体系的核心 Teaching is the core of talent training system of school & enterprise cooperation

——共建师资队伍方面。一方面,积极引进在企业工作的技术专家和技术能手充实教师队伍,聘请企业的名师专家、高级技术人员、技师作为兼职教师。同时加强在职教师实践技能的培养,帮助他们尽快成长。

——Teaching staff construction. On the one hand, we should actively introduce technical experts and masters from enterprises to enrich the teaching staff, and in the other hand, hire famous teachers, experts, senior technicians and technicians from enterprises as part-time teachers. At the same time, we should strengthen the training of practical skills of in-service teachers to help them improve as soon as possible.

——共同制订人才培养计划方面。以数控行业设备制造、安装调试、运行维护、机床操作等方面的技术应用及一线岗位所必需的知识和必备的能力为依据,遵循技工教育规律,建立以技术应用能力培养为主线的理论教学和实践教学同步进行的一体化教学体系,培养企业发展需要的应用型人才。

—— Talent training plan. Based on the technical application of equipment manufacturing, installation and debugging, operation and maintenance, machine tool operation and the necessary knowledge and ability of front-line posts in CNC industry, and following the laws of technician education, an integrated teaching system with simultaneous theoretical teaching and practical teaching based on the cultivation of technical application ability is established to cultivate applied talents needed by enterprise development.

——共编教材方面。大型落地铣镗床专业的操作及装配等方面的教材,目前在我国还是空白,现发行的一些教材仅是小型数控机床的通用教材。所以校企双方专家依据一体化教学计划、教学大纲和岗位标准,编写了实习、实训系列教材等。其中《数控车床Fanuc-0i系统编程与操作实训》已申报了国家级教材开发项目。另外,在使用统编专业课教材时,又编写了多门课程讲义来补充实际生产知识。这些教材与讲义应用性高、针对性强,通俗易懂、深入浅出,极大的方便学生学习与理解掌握。

——Teaching material compilation. At present, the teaching materials of operation and assembly of large floor milling and boring machines are still blank in China, and some textbooks are only general textbooks for small CNC machine tools. Therefore, experts from both school and enterprise have compiled a series of teaching materials for practice and training according to the integrated teaching plan, syllabus and post standards. Among them, "CNC lathe has applied the national level teaching material development project. In addition, in the use of specialized course materials, we also compiled a number of course handouts to supplement the actual production knowledge.These textbooks and handouts are highly applicable, targeted, and easy to understand, which greatly facilitates students for learning and understanding.

——共同设置课程方面。紧紧围绕企业的生产实际和企业对人才的需求规格标准,大胆进行课程改革。对数控技术专业进行职业岗位工作分析,按照企业的工作流程、岗位技能和综合素质的要求,确定课程结构、选择课程内容,将企业最需要的知识、最关键的技能、最重要的素质提炼出来,融入课程之中,确保课程建设的质量。

——Course setting. Closely centering on actual production status and talents requirements of the enterprise, carry out curriculum reform boldly. In the light of work flow, post skill and comprehensive quality, make work analysis of the CNC post, in order to determine the course structure, select the course content, extract the most needed knowledge, critical skill and important quality into the course, so as to ensure the quality of the course construction.

3.考核是校企合作人才培养体系的运行保障 Assessment is the operation guarantee of talent training system of school & enterprise cooperation

检验一体化教学的成效,重在对学生进行岗位适应程度和实际工作能力的考核。首先,由集团人力资源部、学生实习分厂和学校有关人员组成考评小组,对毕业生逐个进行考核。其次,分配进厂后学校继续对学生进行跟踪考核,每学期由车间主任给毕业生写实,专业教学指导委员会负责撰写毕业生质量跟踪调查报告及校企合作教学计划的调整意见。第三,实行毕业生“召回制”,利用业余时间,本着“缺啥补啥”的原则,给毕业生搞讲座,补充新知识、新工艺,培训新技能,确保毕业生能胜任企业工作。第四,毕业考核与岗位考核同步进行,对每一个学生做出全面评价,以检验毕业生是否合格、校企合作教学是否成功,从制度上保证了校企合作培养的学生是受企业欢迎的高质量技能人才。

The assessment of post adaptability and working ability of student is the key point to test the effectiveness of integrated teaching. First of all, the HR Dept, practice branch plant and related personnel from school will for an assessment group to examine graduates one by one. Secondly, the school continues to track and assess the students after they are assigned to the factory. The workshop director gives the graduates a work evaluation every semester, and the professional teaching steering committee is responsible for writing the follow-up survey report on the quality of graduates and the adjustment opinions of the school & enterprise cooperation teaching plan. Thirdly, the "recall system" is implemented for graduates, it means that the school will organize lectures for graduates in their spare time to replenish new knowledge and technology, train new skill, so as to ensure all the graduate are competent for the work. Fourth, the graduation assessment and post assessment are carried out simultaneously, and a comprehensive evaluation is made for each student to test whether the graduates are qualified and whether the school & enterprise cooperation is successful, which ensures that the graduates are highly skilled talents welcomed by enterprises.

一、齐二机床集团多年来高度重视校企合作,在数控机床生产厂房现代化改造时,留出一跨厂房用于校企合作实训基地。

Qiqihar No. 2 Machine Tool Plant has attached great importance to school & enterprise cooperation for many years. During the modernization of CNC machine tool production plant, a cross workshop is reserved for school & enterprise cooperation training base.

二、实训厂房等硬件条件能够满足实习实训要求。校内现有长200米、宽28米,建筑面积5600平方米厂房;企业内有一跨长60米、宽18米,建筑面积1080平方米厂房;动力电、起重机设备和专用教室等一切基础设施齐全,引进设备后就能立即开展培训。

The hardware conditions such as training workshop can meet the requirements of practical training.The school has a workshop with a length of 200m, a width of 28m, and a building area of 5600㎡. The enterprise has a workshop with a span length of 60m, a width of 18m and a construction area of 1080㎡. All infrastructure facilities such as power, crane equipment and special classrooms are complete, and training can be carried out immediately after the introduction of equipment.

三、学校拥有一支稳定的专家型教师队伍,学校聘请企业高级工程技术人员28人作为兼职教师。他们经过多年实践,既有较深的理论造诣,又有丰富的实践经验。

我校与齐二机床校企合作实施“双元制”一体化培养体系(类似于“新型学徒制”),2010年以来已为企业输送了1000多名员工,目前集团大型落地铣镗床的生产基地的7家公司一线青年员工60%是我校毕业生。全国著名先进班组马恒昌小组组长、党的十八大、十九大代表、全国劳动模范、北京2008年奥运会火炬手马兵及12名组员均是我校毕业生,这些优秀毕业生为企业发展建功立业,在各自的岗位上发挥着骨干作用。

Cooperated with Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Plant, we implement: new apprenticeship system, since 2010, we have delivered thousands of employees for the enterprise. At present, 60% of the front-line young employees of 7 companies in the production bases of large floor milling and boring machines are graduates of our school.
