2015年，中国人民对外友好协会复函全国学校体育联盟机器人工作委员会(友函【2015】131号)，同意双方共同主办中国国际青少年机器人交流活动。活动内容主要体现在以下三个方面：

In its reply to National School Sports League Robot Working Committee in 2015 (YOU HAN [2015] No.131), Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries agreed that the two sides would co-host the China International Youth Robot Exchange activities. The exchanging content include the following:

一、机器人素质教育是教育部及全国学校体育机器人联盟推动我国“机器人革命”及素质体育教育的一项重要工作;

1. Robot Quality Education, as part of quality education, is of great importance for “Robot Revolution” driven by Ministry of Education and National School Sports Robot League;

二、为开拓我国青少年的科技、文化视野，培养我国高素质专业人才提供了一个十分重要的平台;

2. Robot Quality Education plays a significant role on providing a platform for broadening Chinese Youth’s vision on science, technology and culture, and for cultivating qualified talents for our country;

三、为中外青少年的友好交流创建了一个新的模式。

3. Robot Quality Education creates a new mode for International Youth exchanging.
